I made a contract with them after 2 years I came back and as assistance they are scarce they did not remember the contract they had made me no comment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato al punto vodafone per un problema sulla mia linea mobile ed ho spiegato la problematica ad un operatore il quale mi ha riferito che è un problema noto e verificato per doversi clienti.
Mi hanno fatto attivare un offerta che avrebbe dovuto risolvere il problema ma il problema non è stato risolto.
Recandomi nuovamente al punto vodafone e facendo presente la mancata risoluzione del problema, mi hanno riferito che devo chiamare il 190, poichè loro non possono fare niente.
Risultato?
- nuova offerta attivata (solo allo scopo della risoluzione del problema);
- problema non risolto;
- tempo sprecato;
- dovrò contattare il 190 per risolvere (forse) il problema.
I went to the vodafone point for a problem on my mobile line and I explained the problem to an operator who told me that it is a known and verified problem for having customers.
They made me activate an offer that was supposed to solve the problem but the problem was not solved.
Going back to the vodafone point and pointing out the failure to solve the problem, they told me that I have to call 190, as they can't do anything.
Result?
- new offer activated (only for the purpose of solving the problem);
- problem not solved;
- wasted time;
- I will have to contact 190 to solve (perhaps) the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OCCHIO quando andate in questo negozio a mio figlio gli hanno cambiato contratto a sua insaputa si è ritrovato 23 euro sotto.....credo che c marciano..perché ho sentito alcune voci in merito......cmq ho risolto x fortuna che nn sono passate le 72 ore li ho segnalati come gestori non seri.....APRITE GLI OCCHI....
EYE when you go to this shop my son has changed his contract without his knowledge he found himself 23 euros under ..... I think they march ... because I heard some rumors about it ...... cmq I solved x luckily the 72 hours have passed I have reported them as not serious managers ..... OPEN YOUR EYES ....
