★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima dell'acquisto super disponibilità. Il pacco arriva ma causa lavoro è stato messo in giacenza. Mandata email, nessuna risposta. Altra email il 14 febbraio e niente. Chiamata all'ufficio dove è stato preso nota del cambio indirizzo. Altra email il 28 dove mi dicono che mi avrebbero contatto per il cambio indirizzo. Il primo marzo altra email e finalmente arriva il pacco. Oggi mi arriva una email da fed ex con l'importo da pagare e leggo che Sirte ha scritto che dovevo essere contatta direttamente in quanto ho dato il nuovo indirizzo solo dopo loro solleciti. Ovviamente ho tutte le email a riguardo. Non va bene screditare il cliente per evitare di fare una figura di m***!
Super availability before the purchase. The package arrives but due to work it has been placed in storage. Email sent, no response. Another email on February 14 and nothing. Call the office where the change of address was noted. Another email on the 28th where they tell me that they would contact me for the change of address. Today I get an email from fed ex with the amount to pay and I read that Sirte wrote that I had to be contacted directly as I gave the new address only after their reminders.
