Sono entrato in negozio e mi hanno mostrato i pacchetti che potevano interessarmi, in base alle mie esigenze, e soprattutto per poter cambiare il mio vecchio telefono. Sono stati gentili e competenti. Il mio voto? Diesci! Ma dato che arriva fino a 5 darò 5 stelle.

Ci siamo ricapitati e per comodità siamo entrati e devo ammettere che ci siamo trovati molto bene io e mia moglie. Finalmente avete messo personale qualificato e che da importanza al cliente.
5 stelle alla professionalità e attenzione della ragazza bionda con la targhetta con il nome di Patrizia. Dopo questa esperienza faremo passaparola e torneremo sempre da lei.

Alla fine ho acquistato un nuovo cellulare e a distanza di più di un mese rifarei la scelta che ho fatto perché mi trovo davvero molto bene. Grazie mille soprattutto alla ragazza Patrizia che si è occupata di me avendo molta pazienza e restando sempre molto professionale consigliandomi anche i giusti accessori e l’offerta migliore per me. Sono stato seguito da un operatrice, Chiara, che si è mostrata da subito disponibile e molto professionale (oltre che molto paziente ?), che mi ha da prima mostrato il panorama delle varie offerte possibili, e successivamente seguito fino all istallazione finale. A oggi posso sicuramente dire che la scelta di Sky-WiFi si è rivelata davvero soddisfacente, per tempistiche e qualità del servizio. pienamente soddisfatto. mi rivolgerò sicuramente, di nuovo, a loro, in caso di bisogno futuro.
