Comprato un cronotermostato che mi ha dato subito problemi, tornato al negozio mi hanno detto che andava in blocco come "autodifesa" perché non sapevo programmarlo e non hanno voluto cambiarlo. Ho studiato bene il manuale, l'ho programmato nel modo giusto per capire che in effetti ERA GUASTO. Ho buttato 40€. Non ci andate, pensano solo a vendere
Bad experience. Bought a chronothermostat that immediately gave me problems, when they returned to the shop they told me that it was going to block as "self defense" because I didn't know how to program it and they didn't want to change it. I studied the manual well, I programmed it in the right way to understand that in fact IT WAS FAILED. I threw € 40. Don't go there, they just think about selling

Grazie alle indicazioni che il Sig.Luciano mi ha pazientemente fornito sono riuscito, da neofita, a orientare una parabola su due satelliti senza l'aiuto del tecnico. Esperienze del genere servono a far capire a chi fa confronti con i negozi on-line quanto quell'euro risparmiato, a fronte del supporto da parte di un professionista, non abbia alcun valore.

Cozy and well-stocked shop. The staff is friendly and competent, as expected from an activity that has always been considered a reference point for electronics.
Thanks to the information that Mr. Luciano has patiently provided me, I was able, as a novice, to orient a dish on two satellites without the help of the technician. Experiences of this kind serve to make it clear to those who make comparisons with online shops how much that saved euro, in the face of support from a professional, has no value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente i prezzi non sono competitivi: Ho pagato dei jumper wires 14.90 €. Lo stesso articolo costa al massimo 1.50 € su diversi ecommerce. Praticamente ho pagato 10 volte tanto. Ora l'elettronica la compro solo online.
Quite expensive: I bought jumper wires for 14.90 €. The same article is not more than 1.50 € on popular e-commerce. Doing the math I payed 10 times more. This made me sad for one day but now I've learned the lesson.
