i	il buongustaio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti, inaffidabili, serietà meno di 0, lasciati a terra dopo un ora e mezza di attesa, dopo che alle 8 li ho anche contattati per chiedere dove dove fosse la fermata a Montesilvano (perche altrimenti devi andare ad intuito)... Vedendo il ritardo ho contattato la signora Mariagrazia che prima ha detto che la fermata era a chieti, poi che erano venuti ma che noi nn eravamo lì, poi se potevamo andare noi a chieti... e ultima telefonata che addirittura l autista si è rifiutato di tornare indietro a prenderci, cosa da pazzi!!!! .... Ma dico io anche se il cliente si fosse impazzito neanche vi preoccupate di fare uno squillo per capire perché nn eravamo alla fermata tenendo conto che è un viaggio organizzato !!!! Quindi attenzione con chi partite potreste rimanere anche all autogrill o come successo a noi nn partire proprio!!!! Ps: farò subito segnalazione a mediaset per la poca serietà di questa agenzia!! a	antonio taiani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo ammettere che in 20 anni e dopo molti viaggi che ho fatto con diverse agenzie, non mi é mai capitato di trovarne una cosi! zero professionalità, hanno un ufficio da incubo, puzza di fumo, fatiscente e non sembra una agenzia, Hanno voluto solo pagamenti in contanti, nessuna possibilità di pagare con carta di credito, nessuna ricevuta rilasciata, Per curiosità sono andato a vedere il loro sito Internet e mi ha lasciato perplesso, nessun viaggio recente sul sito, nessun permesso oppure riferimento che sono una agenzia viaggi! comunque il viaggio mi interessava e sono andato lo stesso con la mia famiglia, visto che mia moglie ha voluto prenotare a tutti i costi. Sul bus nessun distanziamento! Non erano attenti sul far indossare la mascherina, e in più la loro accompagnatrice dai toni molto sgarbati, e dal linguaggio molto volgare, Arrivati ad Alberobello ci hanno lasciato li come pecore, senza Guida e senza accompagnatrice, perchè aveva troppo caldo per camminare quindi che dire? se amate il genere Orror ve la consiglio. spero di esser d'aiuto a chi volesse partire con loro. Non sono per nulla pesanti e riescono a farti godere persino il viaggio ma soprattutto l'evento facendoti scordare di esser vincolato a loro, ottima anche la scelta del soggiorno nel mio caso. Consigliatissimi ottima agenzia! I have been with them at 2 editions of lucca comics & games and I must say that their prices compete with those of specialized comics, the organizers are polite, helpful and nice! They are not heavy at all and they manage to make you enjoy even the trip but above all the event making you forget that you are bound to them, the choice of stay is also excellent in my case.
