I cornetti offerti buoni ma il caffè 1 euro non penso vada bene altre agenzie lo offrono! Siamo riparti alle 3 da Perugia per stare fermi davanti ingresso perugina fino alle quattro e mezzo perche la visita era fissata per quell'ora (lasciamo perdere ) per vedere che cosa? Una fabbrica spenta per guadagnare altri nove euro! Premetto che è costato 50 euro! Altre agenzie 40 ! Ritorno sosta sull'autostrada scesi ma l'area di servizio non aveva più niente da mangiare quindi si decide di risalire sul pullman per prossima sosta ma mancavano un paio di persone per che in bagno quindi altra mezz'ora fermi sul pullman per poi restare senza mangiare perché persone scocciate e quindi si decide di ripartire! Accompagnatore invisibile selezionate meglio il personale ! Prima e ultima volta che viaggerà con voi! La guida Alessandra é stata bravissima, molto disponibile e gentilissima così come il nostro autista Maurizio. I posti visitati davvero stupendi. In cinque giorni abbiamo visto quasi tutta la Sicilia, Lipari e Vulcano. L'unica cosa che migliorerei sono gli hotel che erano tutti buoni e con quattro stelle ma quasi sempre posizionati lontano dal centro. Specialmente a Palermo ci sarebbe piaciuto uscire di sera a piedi. Comunque la Sicilia è stupenda e ci tornerei volentieri se la Satam proponesse sul catalogo altri itinerari. Bravi e complimenti siete sempre una garanzia. I have just returned from my trip to Sicily and the Aeolian Islands and what to say was perfect. The only thing that I would improve is the hotels that were all good and with four stars but almost always positioned far from the center. Especially in Palermo we would have liked to go out on foot at night. However Sicily is wonderful and I would go back there again if the Satam proposed other itineraries on the catalog. Il bagno non è mai funzionante, le prese elettriche non si trovano ad ogni postazione dei sedili ed ogni tanto si trova l'autista spericolato. Il titolare dell'agenzia è stato sempre disponibile a qualsiasi orario, anche nei giorni festivi. Professionalità, velocità nel rispondere, competenze nel reperire e dare informazioni. Una qualità altissima. Normalmente compro autonomamente i biglietti aerei però per un viaggio così lungo ho optato per l'agenzia, la quale mi ha consigliato di avere una copertura sanitaria di cui ho avuto bisogno all'estero.
