You can trust them! Courtesy and professionalism. On a recent trip we had a problem with a hotel that was not due to their organization but that they resolved promptly and in an excellent way.

Anche quest'anno mi volevo avvalere dei loro servizi. Purtroppo, entrato in agenzia sono stato accolto con freddezza (personale cambiato), i prezzi e gli orari mi sono stati scritti su un foglio di carta (le operatrici degli anni precedenti inviavano tutto per mail con dovizia di particolari, prezzi, foto ecc), ed ho avuto la sensazione che non ci fosse nessun interesse per me, modestissimo cliente ma che ha sempre pagato e parlato bene dell'agenzia.
I state that for 2 consecutive years I have been a customer of Sashay Traveling, and I have always had a great time, friendly and professional staff, optimal travel solutions. Also this year I wanted to make use of their services. Unfortunately, when I entered the agency I was greeted coldly (staff changed), prices and schedules were written on a sheet of paper (the operators of previous years sent everything by e-mail in great detail, prices, photos, etc.), and I had the feeling that there was no interest for me, very modest customer but that he always paid and spoke well of the agency.
