★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconti ai clienti senza autorizzazioni, materiale sparito dicendo di averlo in laboratorio e poi venduto ad un prezzo inferiore causa tempo di giacenza, notebook messi in vendita perfettamente funzionanti e poi ripresi, visto il tempo di vendita infinito, non più funzionanti e con parti mancanti, lavori di assistenza non saldati, appuntamenti a cui non si è mai presentato.. veramente fantastico! Ovviamente non fa altro che chiudere e riaprire la pagina Google del negozio per le infinite recensioni negative..

Preso dalle recensioni positive sulla pagina fb, il 4 settembre 2020 ho deciso di farmi un regalo. Contatto il proprietario Stefano e mi reco presso il negozio ad acquistare l’iPhone 7 da 128Gb come da inserzione. Acquisto il cellulare e torno a casa. Dopo qualche giorno mi accorgo che la memoria dell’iPhone non risulta essere di 128Gb bensì da 32gb. Sebbene io avessi richiesto di fare il reso per ricevere il rimborso completo, il proprietario si offre di effettuare un upgrade gratuito ai 128gb. Accetto, dando una seconda possibilità al negozio. Il 20 ottobre 2020 il mio telefono si spegne all’improvviso è così decido di contattare di nuovo il proprietario, il quale mi spiega che potrebbe trattarsi della batteria usurata (all’84 per cento di capacità massima). Si offre di cambiarmela gratuitamente e così sotto suo appuntamento mi reco presso il suo negozio, ma sorpresa, il negozio è chiuso. Quindi un viaggio a vuoto fino a Pescara per un problema non generato da me. Fino a che ieri 28 ottobre 2020 mi reco presso il negozio per effettuare la sostituzione della batteria. La sostituzione viene effettuata, il proprietario mi dice di mettere in carica il telefono per 7/8 ore, ma sorpresa, questa mattina il telefono non dà più segni di vita, e alla mia richiesta di avere un rimborso completo, dato che ne ho abbastanza di andare e tornare da Pescara per i problemi creati da questo telefono, il proprietario mi risponde che verrà fatto ciò che coperto dalla garanzia (cioè nulla). Questa è la mia recensione dopo aver speso 180 euro dei miei risparmi in questo negozio, traete voi le conclusioni.

Taken from the positive reviews on the fb page, on 4 September 2020 I decided to give myself a gift. I contact the owner Stefano and I go to the shop to buy the 128Gb iPhone 7 as per the advert. I buy my cell phone and go home. After a few days I realize that the iPhone's memory is not 128GB but 32GB. Although I requested to return to receive a full refund, the owner offers to upgrade to 128gb for free. I agree, giving the shop a second chance. On 20 October 2020 my phone suddenly turns off and so I decide to contact the owner again, who explains to me that it could be the worn out battery (at 84 percent of maximum capacity). He offers to change it for me for free and so on his appointment I go to his shop, but surprise, the shop is closed. So an empty trip to Pescara for a problem not generated by me. Until yesterday October 28, 2020, I go to the shop to have the battery replaced. The replacement is done, the owner tells me to charge the phone for 7/8 hours, but surprise, this morning the phone doesn't show any signs of life anymore, and to my request for a full refund, since I have enough to go to and from Pescara for the problems created by this phone, the owner replies that what is covered by the guarantee will be done (ie nothing). This is my review after spending 180 euros of my savings in this shop, draw your conclusions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco professionale. Il titolare ha acquistato su subito un iphone usato dal sottoscritto e ricevuto il quale, dopo due giorni non ha ancora sbloccato il pagamento con Paypal. E' come se andate da lui, prendete il prodotto e poi decidete voi quando pagarlo. A voi la scelta....lasciate perdere.
Mi sento di continuare a suggerirvi di evitare questo negozio. Il titolare non è raggiungibile al telefono e non ha ancora sbloccato il pagamento. Aperta la contestazione con PayPal, spero che almeno loro facciano qualcosa.

I feel I can continue to suggest that you avoid this shop. The cardholder cannot be reached on the phone and has not yet unlocked the payment. Open the dispute with PayPal, I hope that at least they do something.

Evitare assolutamente, negozio TRUFFA!!!!
