Mi sono approcciata a questa disciplina poco dopo aver iniziato tennis ed ho subito notato miglioramenti. In generale ho iniziato ad accusare meno dolori post-allenamento e grazie ad esercizi specifici ho risolto una contrattura al braccio. Sento che i muscoli reagiscono meglio allo sforzo ed in campo sono molto piΓΉ dinamica. Consiglio vivamente l'abbinamento delle due discipline.
I approached this discipline shortly after starting tennis and I immediately noticed improvements. In general, I began to experience less post-workout pain and thanks to specific exercises I resolved a contracture in my arm. I feel that the muscles react better to the effort and I am much more dynamic on the pitch. I highly recommend the combination of the two disciplines.

Istruttori preparati, competenti, pazienti, motivati piΓΉ di noi clienti ma SOPRATTUTTO SIMPATICISSIMI. Facilissimo da raggiungere, parcheggi accessibili. Rispetto delle disposizioni per il Covid. Insomma palestra da frequentare per stare meglio e divertirsi.
Prepared, competent, patient instructors, more motivated than us customers but ABOVE ALL NICE. Very easy to reach, accessible parking. Compliance with the provisions for Covid. In short, a gym to attend to get better and have fun.

Team molto preparato, ambiente gradevole, massimo rispetto delle norme di sicurezza. Quando si comincia con la disciplina del Pilates c’è indiscutibilmente un prima ed un dopo e non si puΓ² tornare indietro. I benefici dell’attivitΓ  si avvertono giΓ  dopo alcune settimane.
Very trained team, pleasant environment, maximum compliance with safety standards. When we start with the discipline of Pilates there is unquestionably a before and an after and there is no going back. The benefits of the activity are already felt after a few weeks.

I have always heard of the great benefits of Pilates, but I never got myself to commit to doing a class. As a result of bad postures, and sitting for a long number of hours during the last few years, I was having back pain, leg pain and neck tightness, so I was determined to make a radical change, and I decided to give it a try. I have been doing Pilates with the instructors from Studio Zona Pilates once a week (via Zoom) for the last 8 weeks, and the changes are meaningful. The tightness of my neck is pretty much gone, my back rarely hurts, and I am more mindful of my posture and my overall energy has increased. The classes are relaxing but intense at the same time. What I like the most is that the instructors share their knowledge as they guide you through the motions, they explain the objective and goal of each exercise and help you make the connection with your own daily good and bad posture habits. In addition to all this, they also focus on the importance of breathing through the mouth as well as efficient breathing. Pilates has had a great impact of my daily life and it is now part of my weekly routine.
