Inoltre la struttura, estremamente pulita, viene gestita a livello familiare ed è tenuta in maniera eccellente. Una volta entrati nel giro vi sentirete subito "a casa". All'esterno sono anche presenti delle strutture per parchi giochi per far giocare i bimbi prima o dopo l'attività. Davvero super consigliato!! Dopo aver risolto la problematica posturale ho incominciato un percorso di allenamento costruito ad hoc sul mio fisico e sulla base delle mie esigenze e obbiettivi prefissati. Miria è una donna, un 'atleta, una professionista in grado di essere empatica e di far percepire l' importanza dell'esercizio fisico come presupposto primario della salute. Grazie a lei ho recuperato il mio equilibrio fisico e mentale, l'allenamento sportivo è diventato una consuetudine della mia vita. Il posto è stupendo, pulito e ricco di verde, il personale è gentile e competente. Spicca, per indubbia professionalità, Miria: le sue lezioni sono interessanti, coinvolgenti e sempre diverse. Lezioni di pilates ottime. Corsi di pallavolo x ragazzi/e. Mia figlia frequenta il centro da 8 anni, ha partecipato a tornei di pallavolo ed ora fa parte della squadra agonistica under 14,ha maturato una capacità di coordinamento eccellente.e' seguita dal prof. Piazza e sua figlia Beatrice preparatissimi.Siamo soddisfatti di questo centro. Beatrice è molto attenta alle norme igieniche in generale e a quelle anti covid. Le sue lezioni sono sempre diverse così da stimolare perennemente i bambini con nuovi esercizi senza annoiarli mai avvicinandoli graduamente alla pallavolo e non solo. I bimbi vengono accompagnati attraverso il gioco ad acquisire abilità motorie propedeutiche alla pratica di qualunque genere di attività sportiva. Gli spazi della palestra sono attrezzati e adeguati, gli spogliatoi sono funzionali e puliti e il personale cortese e molto professionale. Nei giorni di frequenza nostra figlia, appena uscita da scuola, non vede l’ora di andare in palestra e fosse per lei farebbe attività 7 giorni su 7. Consigliatissimo.
