Il personale è molto simpatico, competente e soprattutto vieni seguito nei vari esercizi. Gym of the right size but functional and clean. I due titolari Mimmo e Marco oltre ad essere molto ospitali sono anche molto competenti sulle varie modalità di allenamento.Personalmente mi trovo molto bene e ogni volta che ho chiesto consiglio ho riscontrato molta competenza.Se volete allenarvi Natural e seriamente ve la consiglio...oltretutto anche la predisposizione degli attrezzi non mi ha mai provocato problemi nei recuperi tra una ripetezione e l altra. L’ambiente è sereno e famigliare, la sala è attrezzata con adeguate macchine... Lindi e pinti le sale e gli spogliatoi...
