Grazie!!!! Always super smiling instructors, kind always ready to charge us during the lessons. The lessons are never boring but every time it is something more. Thank you!!!!

Ottimo centro focalizzato sul trattamento individuale del cliente ; Tutte queste qualità messe insieme ne fanno la mia palestra ideale! Istruttori sempre miticolosamente attenti nel seguire tutti gli iscritti e colgo l'occasione per salutarli. La palestra Frida la consiglio di Cuore a tutti. I had the great pleasure of working on it ..... A beautiful second family .... Great gym, friendly, super-trained and fantastic staff. Instructors always mythiculously careful in following all the members and I take the opportunity to greet them. The gym Frida heartily recommend it to everyone.

Sempre attenti a correggermi stimolarmi darmi nuovi consigli affinché le mie esigenze possano portarmi a vedere i risultati sperati. Sinceramente mi sembra di stare tra amici. Le lezioni mi piacciono tutte perché in gruppo ci si fa' coraggio . La costanza e la determinazione alla fine verrà premiata perché quello che conta è stare in un clima circondato di persone Belle Simpatiche e Sorridenti . Adesso SO' ....che Non Posso Più fare a meno della Palestra Frida Fitness . Grazie mille per Tutto. PALESTRA ATTREZZATA ORDINATA E PULITA. LA CONSIGLIO ????? I must admit that I am satisfied that I have found a gym with qualified, specialized and friendly staff. They made me feel at ease right away.
