★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispetto alle altre palestre, permette di frequentare più corsi in successione nella stessa giornata, oltre al circuito con le macchine ed offre una promozione molto vantaggiosa come rapporto qualità/prezzo da ottobre a maggio. Le istruttrici o coach sono competenti e simpatiche e si lavora sodo ma in un clima di allegria, con benefici per la salute psico-fisica a 360 gradi già dopo le prime sessioni. TOP!
