Per un immobile di 75mila euro hanno chiesto più del 5% di provvigioni perché è la loro strategia di mercato..., sono dei VERI LADRI in giacca e cravatta...sono rimasto veramente DELUSO...ti SVENDONO LA CASA...SCONSIGLIATISSIMI. An agency out of any logic, incompetent staff, false, arrogant and presumptuous and believe themselves to be the best (only because they are in suits and ties ... RIDICULOS), stratospheric fees MINIMUM 4% for sales, other agencies take the 2-2 , 5%. For a property of 75 thousand euros they asked for more than 5% of commissions because it is their market strategy ..., they are VERY THIEVES in a suit and tie ... I was really DISAPPOINTED ... YOU ARE SENT TO THE HOUSE ... SCONSIGLIATISSIMI.

A	Antonio Miglietta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza breve ma decisamente pessima: chiedo di poter visionare un appartamento per l'acquisto.. mi chiedono in che modo vorrei pagare l immobile e attendo una loro telefonata per avere conferma per il sopralluogo da effettuare. Non ricevendo nessuna telefonata chiamo io e mi dicono che il "proprietario di casa" non vuole intraprendere trattative visto che non ho fleggato la modalità di pagamento del 20% in contanti. I clienti non vanno presi in giro. Preferivo che l'agenzia mi dicesse direttamente in faccia senza prese per i fondelli che intraprende trattative solo con questa modalità di pagamento. Ho perso solo del tempo. Short but very bad experience: I ask to see an apartment for purchase .. ask me how I would like to pay the property and I await their phone call to confirm the inspection to be made. Not receiving any phone call I call and tell me that the "homeowner" does not want to undertake negotiations as I have not linked the mode of payment of 20% in cash. Customers are not fooled. I preferred that the agency would tell me directly in the face without plugs for the bottoms that undertake negotiations only with this method of payment. I only lost time.
