È stato ad ascoltarmi per molto tempo prima di stipulare il contratto con la sua agenzia. Il 21 novembre è stata pubblicata sul web la mia casa. Dopo nemmeno una settimana è arrivato il primo visitatore. Dopo 3 giorni il secondo e terzo visitatore nello stesso giorno, entrambe desiderosi di acquistarla. Avvenuta la proposta di acquisto. Appena ricevuto la caparra. Anastasia, la sua assistente che accompagna gli acquirenti, è davvero molto valida, sotto ogni aspetto. Altrettanto attenta, focalizzata, preparatissima. Siamo subito entrate in empatia. Davvero delle belle persone!!! RECORD NEI TEMPI DI VENDITA a prezzo di mercato attuale.( nemmeno una ventina di giorni...!!!) Se ci fosse la possibilità di poter mettere delle superstelle, ce le metterei tutte. LA CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE. Ho trovato una VERA AGENZIA IMMOBILIARE.
