Sono entrato in negozio per acquistare un iPhone 13 pro e volevo avere qualche delucidazione sul prodotto e sulle sue caratteristiche, mi è stato risposto, rimanendo dietro la sua postazione che potevo visionarlo da solo nella bacheca dei telefoni esposti… ho dovuto chiedere io se era disponibili dei telefoni in negozio ( tra l’altro 3 settimane di attesa) altrimenti non mi dava nemmeno questa informazione. Per puro caso ho incontrato in negozio un mio collega di lavoro che era entrato per acquistare una cover per il suo Apple Watch ed è stato trattato alla stessa maniera. Mi chiedo se è normale che un acquirente venga trattato in questo modo Most unhelpful sales people I've ever met. Problema risolto il giorno dopo nell'altro centro apple di pescara , celermente ed alla meta' del prezzo. Attitude listless and a little presumptuous, for a request for simple assistance. L'importante è che a suo tempo l'abbia saputo la Apple, :) che ai dati sensibili del cliente ci tiene e molto. Quando assumete personale cercate di prendere quantomeno persone corrette e che sappiano stare a contatto con il pubblico, se proprio non riuscite a prenderle competenti. A mai più. ? Con una certa saccenza. Per la batteria, a cosa servono i dati del telefono? Assurdo. Peccato non si possa recensire con i numeri in negativo. Il personale è assolutamente preparato e gentilissimo (oltre che simpatico!), non puntano a venderti la qualunque, sono molto professionali! Per non parlare dell’assistenza tecnica! Belli e bravi..! Ps: altre 10 stelle agli occhi azzurri del tecnico! Provare per credere! 5 stars because 20 cannot be given!
