Il momento del pagamento mi ha lasciato una brutta sensazione che difficilmente mi farà tornare da loro. Avevo una gift card del centro commerciale da scalare dal totale e al momento del pagamento mi è stato detto "ora registriamo i dati".. E al mio" È proprio necessario?" è intervenuta un'altra addetta vendita, con cui non avevo interagito e che era al computer lì vicino,che in modo brusco ha affermato "serve per scalare la gift card". Essendo io a conoscenza delle condizioni della gift card ho ribattuto alla persona che stava gestendo il pagamento che in realtà non era necessario...infatti mi è stato risposto " Ok.. Se non vuole" e abbiamo proceduto al pagamento senza problemi. La fidelity card (con i propri dati personali..non dimentichiamolo) non è un obbligo da parte del consumatore e se mi fosse stata proposta come opzione l'avrei probabilmente sottoscritta ma non ho gradito i modi in cui è stato cercato di "estorcermela". Aggiungo anche che la voglia di uscire quanto prima dal negozio mi ha fatto rifiutare l'acquisto della garanzia (cosa che avrei ritenuto utile).
