Mi ha proposto un contratto vodafone con modem incluso, io gli ho detto che non ero interessata al modem e ho fatto presente che per delibere della AGCOM sul modem libero (348/18/CONS e 34/20/CONS con chiarimenti e modifiche derivanti) loro per legge sono obbligati a fornire, qualora richiesto, la stessa offerta ma senza il modem in comodato d'uso e a fornire la ONT per adattare il mio modem alla fibra FTTH. Ha iniziato a dire che lui non ne sapeva nulla e anche se così fosse le offerte erano quelle, non c'erano offerte senza modem e non ci poteva fare niente (una bugia dietro l'altra, insomma). Me ne sono andata schifata, suppongo pensasse di avere a che fare con una scemotta da imbrogliare facilmente in quanto essere vivente di sesso femminile. Ho fatto inoltre segnalazione alla AGCOM per violazione delle normative esistenti. Bad and incorrect.
