negozio per chiedere assistenza, abbiamo
scoperto che il cartellino esposto era errato e che il cellulare da me acquistato ne aveva solo 32 di Giga. Così gli adetti mi hanno accettato il reso, ma non la richiesta di rimborso, offrendomi di prendere un altro prodotto in sostituzione del reso. Poiché per la cifra che avevo speso inizialmente non c'era un telefono disponibile che avesse le stesse caratteristiche che cercavo (almeno 64 Giga di memoria), sono stata costretta a rimetterci di tasca mia spendendo molto più di quello che era la mia spesa iniziale e, soprattutto, acquistando un prodotto che, pur costituendo la migliore offerta del negozio, quindi il prezzo più basso per le sue caratteristiche, aveva un costo molto maggiore di quello a cui era venduto altrove. Pessima decisione quella di mettere piede in questo posto!

questa nota per via della risposta del proprietario, che continua a qualificare la serietà dell'azienda: invito chiunque voglia approfondire e togliersi il dubbio, a contattarmi
in privato su Facebook o altri social, oppure direttamente nel caso mi conosciate, in modo che possa mostrarvi l'email che ho inviato all'assistenza di Tim Retail non appena accaduto il tutto, e la loro risposta, che non smentisce affatto, come qui, che mi sia stato negato il rimborso

Since for the amount I initially spent there was no phone available that had the same features I was looking for (at least 64 Giga of memory), I was forced to lose out of my own pocket by spending much more than what was my initial expense and above all, by purchasing a product which, while constituting the best offer in the store, and therefore the lowest price for its characteristics, had a much higher cost than what it was sold for elsewhere. Bad decision to set foot in this place!

Avevo già attivato il modem di casa Tim in questo negozio poi grazie all'addetto Giuseppe ho praticamente scoperto un mondo acquistando un nuovo telefono che non conoscevo. Giuseppe mi ha aiutato nella scelta e mi ha dato degli ottimista suggerimenti sull'uso e sulle funzioni dell'Oppo ! Sono davvero soddisfatto ! Tornerò sicuramente in questo negozio !

I had already activated the Tim home modem in this shop then thanks to the assistant Giuseppe I practically discovered a world by buying a new phone that I did not know.
