Mi dicono che l’offerta non esiste più da mesi e mi convincono ad attivare un’altra offerta da €12,50, che sarebbe dovuta essere semplicemente un ampliamento della mia offerta attuale ad un prezzo più conveniente. In realtà mi ritrovo senza la possibilità di inviare messaggi di testo (questo non mi era stato detto affatto!!) e dopo aver sentito diversi operatori al 133 mi sento confermare che l’offerta da 100 GB al mese é assolutamente disponibile ed attivabile! Peccato che non sia più possibile farla perché mi é stata attivata un’altra offerta nel frattempo! Spero di essere contattatare al più presto per un chiarimento e per risolvere la situazione attivando l’offerta corretta. Per il momento mi ritengo per niente soddisfatta e molto amareggiata!
