Morale: due anni di noleggio pagato per un servizio inesistente e una salata penale se rescinde dal contratto senza restituire un decoder che non ha mai avuto! Purtroppo, da parte dei clienti occorre mokta pazienza per frequenti lunghe file di attesa, checspesso si forma, per semplici ricariche. Occorrerebbe differenziare nel ruolo i due addetti Tim, riservando uno dei due sportelli per le ricariche dei cellulari e dei PC.
