Abbiamo attivato una fwa , garantito 300 mega , anticipato 50 euro + 10 di sim , attivo a casa 10 mega.... la commessa che ha stipulato il contratto carola e stata gentilissima ma scorretta nel non comunicarmi che non avrei potuto recedere dal contratto una volta attivato in quanto sottoscritto in negozio .. arrivo per il recesso dopo 3 giorni un'altra commessa occhiali , bionda di una maleducazione impressionante da farle i complimenti, scortese, risponde :Signora in negozio non può effettuare il recesso ormai lo deve tenere , è vincolata se la veda con la wind... complimenti.. 1 consiglio a tutti quelli che leggono la recensione::: Fatelo con il servizio telefonico o online da soli che almeno i 14 giorni di recesso sono possibili.
Scontato che mi rivolgerò al servizio consumatori.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commesso al limite della minima cortesia sindacale che, come se non bastasse, fumava allegramente la sua sigaretta elettronica all’interno del negozio. La presenza dei clienti lo infastidivano visibilmente e avere informazioni da lui sulle offerte è stato molto faticoso, bisognava tirargliele fuori con le pinze. Infine, ci ha presentato solo le offerte più costose, le altre ce le siamo viste da soli sull’app.
