Per attendere o sperare nell'aiuto di un commesso ho dovuto stalkerizzare un'altra commessa di un altro reparto... Li fortunatamente abbiamo trovato una ragazza molto brava che ci ha spiegato ogni dettaglio sui vari prodotti li esposti e siccome eravamo andati insieme alla mia bimba di 7 mesi che aveva bisogno di essere cambiata dal pannolino sporco ci ha fatto accomodare in bagno per essere più comodi col cambio. Il nome di questa ragazza è Anca … bravissima veramente , al contrario di qualche altra ragazza che non voleva permetterci di andare in bagno per il cambio pannolino. Abbiamo scelto Euronics non solo per i prodotti ma anche per essere trattati con i fiocchi e questa ragazza Anca ci ha soddisfatti in pieno e la ringraziamo di tutto. Contiamo per i nostri prossimi acquisti di incontrare di nuovo questa magnifica ragazza. Non do il voto pieno solo per la poca educazione di quell’altra ragazza che non voleva permetterci il cambio pannolino. Today we decided to buy an Electrolux A ++ dryer from Euronics in Sambuceto. Fortunately we found a very good girl who explained us every detail about the various products on display and since we went together with my 7 month old baby who needed to be changed from her dirty diaper she made us sit in the bathroom to be more comfortable with exchange. The name of this girl is Anca… very good indeed, as opposed to some other girl who did not want to allow us to go to the bathroom for a diaper change. We chose Euronics not only for the products but also to be treated with all the trimmings and this Anca girl has fully satisfied us and we thank her for everything. We are counting on our next purchases to meet this magnificent girl again. I do not give full marks just for the poor education of that other girl who did not want to allow us to change the diaper.

Stavo facendo la foto a un prodotto per poter mostrare, a chi mi aveva commissionato la cosa, delle foto più realistiche rispetto a quelle visibili online. Un membro del personale mi ha intimato di non fare foto indicandomi la presenza di un cartello che riportava il divieto (posto in alto a una colonna. Visibile solo se si cammina con la testa "tra le nuvole"). Inutile dire che il giorno dopo mi sono recato dalla concorrenza, nel centro commerciale poco distante da loro. L	Lucrezia Guarnieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un MacBook pro e l'ho ritirato esattamente poco fa e mi sembra assurdo il fatto che il commesso senza neanche chiedermi il consenso abbia preso la scatola ed abbia aperto il computer, ad una mia richiesta di spiegazioni ha affermato "per controllare se è integro e non abbia graffi, sennò non puoi più cambiarlo" si ok, ma innanzitutto è il modo in cui ci si pone sulla questione. Io ho acquistato un computer abbastanza costoso e se permetti voglio vivermi anche l'esperienza di aprirlo io da sola a casa mia. Posso intuire che ci siano stati dei problemi in passato con altri clienti per cui devono tutelarsi in qualche modo, ma non sicuramente in questo modo. Spero che leggiate la mia recensione e nello specifico il COMMESSO È PELATO, in modo tale da prendere dei provvedimenti così non agirà così anche con altri clienti
