★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno installato l'impianto fotovoltaico nel 2010. Consulenza eccellente da parte dell'ing. Ciammetti. Ad oggi mi ritengo notevolmente soddisfatto sia per la funzionalità dell'impianto che in 5 anni non mi ha creato alcun problema, anzi 2 anni fa dalla Icaro mi è stato sostituito un pannello rotto gratuitamente anche se non era più in garanzia e sia per il risparmio e conseguente guadagno ottenuti fino ad ora. Azienda seria e professionale. Consigliatissima!

To this day I consider myself remarkably satisfied both because of the functionality of the system that in 5 years has not created any problem for me, indeed 2 years ago I was replaced by a broken panel for free, even though it was no longer under warranty and is for savings and consequent gain obtained so far. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una ricognizione su internet, mi sono rivolto a ICARO, dato che tutti ne parlavano benissimo. Samuele è stato di una chiarezza unica, mi ha spiegato al dettaglio il funzionamento dell'impianto proposto, anche tramite l'aiuto di un foglio di calcolo che abbiamo composto insieme. L'installazione, svolta tutta da personale competente, è stata completata nell'arco di 3 giorni, con il massimo della pulizia. Adesso a distanza di 6 mesi dall'installazione posso dire che sono soddisfattissimo dell'impianto. Se tutti passassero al fotovoltaico, in Italia non avremo più problemi energetici. Grazie ICARO!

Samuele was of a unique clarity, he explained to me in detail the functioning of the proposed system, also through the help of a spreadsheet that we composed together. The installation, carried out entirely by competent personnel, was completed within 3 days, with maximum cleaning. Now 6 months after installation I can say that I am very satisfied with the system. If everyone switches to photovoltaics, in Italy we will no longer have energy problems. Thanks ICARO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver contattato ben 4 fornitori ed essermi confrontato su diversi aspetti, avevo quasi perso la speranza di poter installare l'impianto fotovoltaico a casa. Invece dopo aver fatto on-line l'ultimo tentativo con SUNPOWER, che mi ha poi rimandato ad ICARO come installatore di zona, si è aperta una speranza. Ciannetti con molta semplicità e professionalità mi ha illustrato la modalità corretta e funzionale applicabile al mio caso, riuscendo a Luglio ad installare l'impianto da 4,29 kWp con soli 11 moduli da 390 Watt/cad.uno + relativi ottimizzatori + inverter Solaredge. Ad oggi l'impianto funziona correttamente e tramite l'applicazione sul cellulare posso verificarne istantaneamente le produzioni ed anche l'andamento nell'arco della giornata. ICARO mi ha inoltro seguito nell'espletamento delle pratiche presso l'ENEA e l'ENEL. Non do cinque stelle soltanto perchè durante il montaggio gli operai, pur bravissimi e rapidi, sarebbero potuti essere più puliti nelle finiture finali, ma nel complesso nulla di eclatante. Complessivamente ad oggi posso fornire un'ampia soddisfazione del servizio fornito da ICARO e dunque dall'Ing. Ciannetti.
After contacting as many as 4 suppliers and having dealt with various aspects, I had almost lost the hope of being able to install the photovoltaic system at home. Instead, after having made the last attempt online with SUNPOWER, who then sent me back to ICARO as a local installer, a hope was opened. With great simplicity and professionalism, Ciannetti explained to me the correct and functional method applicable to my case, succeeding in July to install the 4.29 kWp plant with only 11 390 Watt / each modules + relative optimizers + Solaredge inverters. Today the system works correctly and through the application on the mobile phone I can instantly verify the productions and also the trend during the day. ICARO forwarded me further in the completion of the procedures at ENEA and ENEL. I don't give five stars just because during the assembly the workers, although very talented and fast, could have been cleaner in the final finishes, but on the whole nothing striking. Overall, today I can provide a wide satisfaction of the service provided by ICARO and therefore by Ing. Ciannetti.

Abbiamo richiesto un sopralluogo che è stato fatto con celerità da Domenico che in modo educato, competente, e valutando la situazione, ci ha presentato due preventivi. Successivamente ci siamo resi conto di aver bisogno di ulteriori notizie, per questo motivo, oggi 28 ottobre 21 è tornato a casa nostra fornendo tutte le ulteriori indicazioni. Credo che riusciremo presto a stipulare il contratto.

Later we realized we needed more news, for this reason, today 28 October 21 he returned to our home providing all further information. I think we will soon be able to sign the contract.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ impianto installato 3 anni fa, tutto ok ma l'assistenza è da rivedere. abbiamo segnalato 4 mesi fa un problema con la batteria, lo abbiamo segnalato e ci hanno detto che avrebbero proceduto con la sostituzione. oggi chiediamo ancora informazioni, visto che sono passati 4 mesi dalla segnalazione, e il nostro operatore di riferimento ci ha risposto in modo piuttosto sgarbato che ce la dovevamo vedere noi con la casa produttrice della batteria. ci sono modi e modi per comunicare con la clientela e soprattutto ce lo poteva dire le altre volte che lo abbiamo contattato negli ultimi 4 mesi a questa parte.
darei 5 stelle se avessi avuto un riscontro con l'assistenza migliore.
system installed 3 years ago, everything ok but assistance is to be reviewed. we reported a problem with the battery 4 months ago, we reported it and they told us they would proceed with the replacement. today we are still asking for information, given that 4 months have passed since the report, and our reference operator replied in a rather rude way that we should have seen it with the battery manufacturer. there are ways and ways to communicate with customers and above all he could tell us the other times we have contacted him in the last 4 months now.
i would give 5 stars if i had a feedback with better support.
