Domenica siamo partiti alle 7 da Salerno dopo un'ora di viaggio ci inviano un SMS dicendoci "ci dispiace ma non c'è più posto per voi.." abbiamo provato più volte a chiamarli senza nessuna risposta. Arrivati lì si scusano e ci propongono di fare la ciaspolata alle 12.30 noi in buona fede accettiamo. All'una la guida ancora doveva arrivare, dopo le 14.30 nessuna traccia della guida, decidiamo quindi di andare via, poco dopo (14.40) veniamo chiamati per dirci che la guida era arrivata. Domenica totalmente da dimenticare e ben 4 ore di macchina (andata e ritorno) buttate! Non ci sono parole. SHAMEFUL! We booked the snowshoe hike days before for Sunday at 10. Sunday we left at 7 from Salerno after an hour of travel they send us an SMS saying "we are sorry but there is no more room for you .." we tried several times to call them without any response. Once there they apologize and offer us to do the snowshoe hike at 12.30 we in good faith accept. At one o'clock the guide still had to arrive, after 14.30 there was no trace of the guide, so we decided to leave, shortly after (14.40) we were called to tell us that the guide had arrived. Totally forgettable Sunday and a 4 hour drive (round trip) throw away! There are no words.

Escursione sulle ciaspole prenotata giorni prima e, il giorno stesso della prenotazione, precisamente ad un ora dall'appuntamento, dopo essere partiti alle 7 da Salerno per essere puntuali, ci fanno sapere che "purtroppo non c'è posto per voi". Dopo diverse telefonate, senza nessuna risposta, finalmente ci rispondono. Prima si appellano a scuse improbabili, dopo ci propongono una seconda escursione alle 12.30, che accettiamo. Alle 12.30 nessuna notizia, le guide a quanto pare stanno tornando, il tutto slitta alle 13.30. A quel punto desistiamo, essendo l'escursione da 3 ore e il viaggio di ritorno ancora lungo. Poteva essere una bella giornata in natura, con gli amici. Lo è stato sicuramente, ma non grazie a loro. Lack of professionalism is the right definition. Snowshoe excursion booked days before and, on the day of booking, precisely one hour before the appointment, after leaving Salerno at 7 to be punctual, they let us know that "unfortunately there is no room for you". After several phone calls, without any response, they finally answer us. First they appeal to unlikely excuses, then they offer us a second excursion at 12.30, which we accept. At 12.30 no news, the guides apparently are returning, all sled at 13.30. At that point we give up, as the excursion lasts 3 hours and the return journey is still long. It could have been a beautiful day in nature, with friends. It certainly was, but not thanks to them.
