Very good situation. Attentive staff Cleaning. A but and in my way of seeing important, to take a shower you almost needed a ladder to get into the bathtub.

Collaboro con lei mandandole clienti Americani da un paio di anni e tutte le volte non esiste un appiglio, una piega, dall'inizio rapporto alla fine dei tour con i miei clienti tutto va liscio come l'olio. Ma questo non e' tutto, i clienti rimangono molto soddisfatti della sua competenza, della sua flessibilità' e pazienza. Fidatevi Senza Dubbio Assoluto!
To say that Viviana is fantastic is not to say the least. I have been collaborating with her by sending her American customers for a couple of years and every time there is no handhold, a turn, from the beginning to the end of the tour with my clients everything goes smoothly. Abbiamo passato con lei più di tre ore: professionale, divertente e molto preparata. Siamo andati anche a fare una bellissima ed interessante visita al Duomo e in una contrada. Tante curiosità e tante domande alle quali ha sempre risposto con il sorriso. Grazie Costanza per averci fatto conoscere questa meravigliosa città: a presto!
We found Costanza through her website. We sent her a message and within a few minutes she replied immediately. We agreed with her the tour we would like to do and she really gave us a lot of great advice.
We spent over three hours with her: professional, fun and very knowledgeable. We also went for a beautiful and interesting visit to the Duomo and to a district. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I took 2 tours with Costanza in October 2018. A 1/2 day walking tour of San Gimignano and of full day tour of Siena. We thoroughly enjoyed both! Costanza was a wonderful guide and had an in depth knowledge of just about anything we could think to ask her about the history of these 2 towns.
Just walking the towns on your own is certainly interesting, but you miss so much without the historical context a professional guide can give you. For example, Costanza brought us to a wonderful small museum in the neighborhood of the Little Owl (the Contrada Priore della Civetta) that provided great insight into the importance of the neighborhoods in daily life of the Sienese...we would have easily overlooked this on our own. Hiring a private guide is a great investment to get the most out of a short visit to this region.
Costanza was also very accommodating and crafted the tour to fit our interests & schedule...including recommending a nice restaurant for a great lunch and some wonderful gelato afterwards. We plan to visit Tuscany again and will certainly have Costanza take us on another tour of the area.
