In data odierna alle ore 14.40 ho chiamato per avere delle risposte su una parte di ricambio ordinata il 27 marzo ma la centralinista mi ha sistematicamente messo in attesa per 5 minuti per poi attaccare il telefono. Provo a richiamare ma niente non rispondono piu. E cosi eccomi qua a recensire
 I share with you my personal experience with trane italia and specifically with customer support.
Today at 2.40 pm I called to get some answers on a spare part ordered on March 27th but the switchboard operator systematically put me on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up the phone. I try to call back but nothing does not answer anymore. And so here I am to review
