Ho contattato l'azienda per un preventivo pulizia vetri tapparelle e zanzariere credendo di ricevere un servizio professionale con attrezzature e prodotti di un certo livello e invece nulla di tutto ciò. Il personale ha sporcato anche le mura intorno agli infissi appena imbiancate e la fattura mi è stata recapitata solo e unicamente su cassetto fiscale senza un inoltro su indirizzo email. Non consiglio a nessuno il ricorso a tale azienda: già dai "piccoli" interventi si percepisce la qualità dei loro servizi! Pessimi!!
Little professionalism and competence. I contacted the company for a quote for cleaning windows, shutters and mosquito nets, believing that I would receive a professional service with equipment and products of a certain level and instead none of this. The staff also dirtied the walls around the newly whitewashed windows and the invoice was sent to me only and exclusively on the tax drawer without forwarding to an email address. I do not advise anyone to use this company: the quality of their services can be perceived from the "small" interventions! Bad !!

Premessa: il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e lavora con una qualità media
Il problema sono le pratiche commerciali, perchè prima ti fanno un prezzo e poi trovano vari escamotage per aumentarlo in maniera non chiara (ad es. per whatsapp ti danno un prezzo TOTALE e poi in fattura scopri che quel prezzo era IVA esclusa)
Alla fine la fattura l'ho pagata, ma con me hanno chiuso!
FATE ATTENZIONE ALLE LORO PRATICHE COMMERCIALI SCORRETTE!!!!
Per chi ha voglia di leggere, questi sono i fatti:
1) li ho contattati prima di Natale per un servizio da effettuare nella prima settimana di gennaio. Ho dato la mia piena disponibilità ad effettuare un sopralluogo che, immagino per loro ragioni organizzative, non hanno voluto/potuto fare
2) mi hanno inviato un preventivo di 300€+IVA che ho accettato
3) nonostante avessi illustrato con cura la situazione, il 5 gennaio si sono presentati con una squadra di tre persone che ha lavorato dalle 10.20 alle 16.00 senza aver ultimato il lavoro
4) il 6 gennaio mi hanno comunicato che l'importo totale del lavoro sarebbe stato di 555€, che io ho accettato
5) il 18 gennaio, dopo mie continue sollecitazioni, mi hanno inviato una fattura di importo totale di 671€,diversa dal preventivo che mi hanno inviato via whatsapp il 6 gennaio.
A very bad experience with this cleaning company.
Premise: the staff are very kind and helpful and work with an average quality
The problem is the commercial practices, because first they make you a price and then find various tricks to increase it in an unclear way (e.g. for whatsapp they give you a TOTAL price and then on the invoice you discover that that price was excluding VAT)
In the end I paid the bill, but they closed it with me!
BEWARE OF THEIR INCORRECT BUSINESS PRACTICES !!!!
For those who want to read, these are the facts:
1) I contacted them before Christmas for a service to be carried out in the first week of January. I have given my full availability to carry out an inspection which, I imagine for their organizational reasons, they did not want / could do
2) they sent me a quote of € 300 + VAT which I accepted
3) despite having carefully illustrated the situation, on January 5th they showed up with a team of three people who worked from 10.20 to 16.00 without having finished the job
4) on January 6 they informed me that the total amount of the work would be 555 €, which I accepted
5) on January 18, after my constant requests, they sent me an invoice for a total amount of € 671, different from the quote they sent me via whatsapp on January 6.
