F	FraJ FraJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentili Dovrebbero però essere più comunicativi nel comunicare e allertare anche senza domande il riassunto e i punti chiave delle indicazioni del foglietto illustrativo (che spesso non si legge...)cioè conservazione del farmaco /le modalità di assunzione e eventuali rischi. Per esempio non si sapeva che i fermenti andassero in frigo e che l antibiotico non andasse preso prima di andare a dormire..... meglio che il farmacista indichi tutto!... kind However, they should be more communicative in communicating and alerting, even without questions, the summary and the key points of the information in the package leaflet (which is often not read ...), i.e. storage of the drug / methods of intake and any risks. Ieri ci sono tornato ma mi sono pentito. Dove andate a prendere il personale? Perché non salutano? Mi dispiace fare questa recensione negativa ma non riesco a capire l'ostinazione. I live 200 meters from the pharmacy and the last time I was there was 3 years ago, again for the same reason: lack of education. Yesterday I went back but I regretted it. Where do you go to get the staff? Why don't they say hello? Sorry to do this bad review but I can't understand the stubbornness.

Il trattamento all'interno è ,anche a detta di altri miei conoscenti che abitano in zona ( io invece sono capitata lì dentro per caso sfortunatamente), in pieno e conclamato stile " qui si sopporta poco il cliente" per non parlare poi di una esperienza assurda raccontatami in cui qualcuno del personale addirittura si è permesso di commentare scelte personali del cliente a voce alta e in tono arrogante. Fosse capitato a me, beh...non avrei sopportato e subìto. Comunque, di farmacie è piena Milano. E di solito si è bene accolti : PERSONALMENTE LO TERRÒ PRESENTE. I will not go back. I	Isa Pecere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potevo mettere zero stelle lo avrei fatto... pessima farmacia pessimo personale al bancone maleducati e menosi( tranne un paio di ragazzi) esperienza bruttissima con i tamponi altro che infermiere.. atteggiamento autoritario molto fastidioso ... comunque non ci tornerò più indescrivibile quanto io mi sia trovata male in questo posto la peggiore farmacia visitata in45 anni . If I could put zero stars I would have done it ... bad pharmacy bad staff at the counter rude and menosi (except a couple of guys) very bad experience with tampons other than nurses .. very annoying authoritarian attitude ... however I will not go back indescribable how bad I found myself in this place the worst pharmacy visited in 45 years.

Non so se sia il proprietario o meno ma non ho mai visto tanta indifferenza, poca attenzione al cliente, sciatteria e maleducazione. M	Monica Recchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche oggi mi sono recata presso questa farmacia per sottopormi al tampone rapido (e' da circa un mese che lo faccio in questa farmacia e innumerevoli volte in altre), non ho mai avuto problemi, alcuni sono stati molto delicati, altri più invasivi ma al massimo hanno mi hanno provocato un leggero fastidio. oggi ho provato un dolore indicibile, ho mal di testa dalle 16 e ogni tanto sanguino. mai avuto a che fare con un'infermiera così materiale e maleducata. Ho prenotato tamponi fino alla fine del mese ma se dovessi incrociarla ancora in farmacia il tampone non lo faccio nemmeno se me lo regalano.
