È entrata ben in profondità in entrambe le narici: ho avuto mal di testa per una settimana. Non ci rientrerò più. Purtroppo sembra che il tocco pesante caratterizzi tante addette. Ad oggi in una sola farmacia ho trovato davvero umanità e delicatezza. I had a quick swab 3 weeks ago and the operator who did it for me didn't go for the subtle. It went deep into both nostrils: I had a headache for a week. I will not go back there anymore. Unfortunately it seems that the heavy touch characterizes many employees. To date, in a single pharmacy I have truly found humanity and delicacy.

Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, soprattutto in un periodo così difficile da gestire. Ho acquistato anche dei farmaci, ricevendo degli ottimi consigli. Tornerò sicuramente. In recent days I made a swab at this pharmacy. Sempre gentili e disponibili, sono stati trai i primi a fornire il servizio di tamponi sia antigienici che molecolari mettendosi sempre in prima linea e facendo il possibile per venire incontro alle esigenze della clientela e sempre con estrema professionalità e gentilezza. I	Isa Pecere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto il personale gentile accogliente disponibile ed educato ma l'addetta che eseguiva i tamponi lunedì 17 gennaio ( una signora bionda) maleducata atteggiamento autoritario e mano pesante ...una situazione molto fastidiosa ! Se capita ancora questo modo di trattare chi viene a eseguire un tampone di per sé già fastidioso non mi faccio più trattare ancora con arroganza ...sono stata molto infastidita dall'atteggiamento .gentilezza e delicatezza sono fondamentali sempre soprattutto in questo periodo. Per il resto del personale davvero tutti meravigliosi. All the friendly welcoming staff available and polite but the lady who swabbed on Monday 17 January (a blonde lady) rude bossy attitude and heavy hand ... a very annoying situation! If this way of treating someone who comes to perform a tampon that is already annoying in itself still happens, I no longer let myself be treated with arrogance ... I was very bothered by the attitude. Kindness and delicacy are always fundamental, especially in this period. For the rest of the staff all truly wonderful.

Nonostante la lunga coda per i tamponi la situazione è stata gestita velocemente e con grande educazione nei confronti di tutti. L'infermiera che fa i tamponi è molto brava, ha una mano leggera, non mi ha minimamente dato fastidio. Nel complesso quindi ottimo servizio e ottimo staff. All the pharmacy staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Despite the long queue for tampons, the situation was handled quickly and with great education towards everyone. The nurse who does the tampons is very good, she has a light hand, she didn't bother me in the least. Overall then great service and great staff.
L	Lory on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivata alle 12.05 per fare il tampone mi hanno detto che non li facevano più mentre 5 secondi prima una signora è uscita con il foglio in mano e poi il farmacista si e pure smentito dicendomi che li fanno tutti i giorni dalle 8.30 alle 12.20. semplicemente non avevavo più voglia di farlo e mi hanno spedita nella farmacia di porta venezia come se il mio tempo non valesse nulla. Probabilmente non pensano che anche le altre persone abbiano un lavoro altrettanto importante. Complimenti per la professionalità.
