Ogni volta che entro con una ricetta mi dicono che il farmaco che cerco non esiste o non si produce più, cambio farmacia e lo trovo. L’ultima volta cercavo un farmaco, consigliato da un medico, mi è stato detto dalla farmacista che non si produce più da anni, la signora, tutta stizzita, me ne vende un altro dicendomi che è simile. Risultato: chiamo il medico e mi dice assolutamente di non prenderlo perché contenente il cortisone. Cambio farmacia e trovo il farmaco che cercavo. Sconsiglio a tutti. Nella zona ce ne sono tante altre dove magari vi sorridono anche quando entrate, mentre qua sembra che facciate loro un torto quando varcate la soglia. Bad experience. Egualmente mi ha fatto dispiacere e mi sconcerta sentire che ad un'amica di mia madre, di circa 80 anni, in questi giorni (marzo 2020) è stata venduta una mascherina per 24 euro e qualcosa... A risultato positivo non le viene rilasciato nessun foglio, non risulta che abbia mai fatto questo tampone, sul portale ats non c'è, sulla tessera sanitaria nemmeno. Chiamo la farmacia per capire come fare visto che risiedo in un'altra regione e puntualizzo che mia figlia 19 anni da due mesi a Milano con febbre, sola e priva di assistenza, non può recarsi a chiedere spiegazioni,mi viene risposto NON SO E ATTACCATO FRETTOLOSAMENTE . Anche in una situazione al limite in caso di errore è inaccettabile non soffermarsi per capire e risolvere. My daughter, an off-site student, had a tampon in this pharmacy.
