★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abito a due passi da questa farmacia gestita da 3 giovani farmacisti ( 2 donne 1 uomo) in cui sono entrato molte volte ed in ogni occasione questi farmacisti si sono sempre distinti per maleducazione, incompetenza e poco disponibilità.
Spesso hanno sbagliato la richiesta di farmaci nonostante ricetta medica o piano terapeutico scritto in maniera chiara.

I live a stone's throw from this pharmacy run by 3 young pharmacists (2 women 1 man) in which I have entered many times and on each occasion these pharmacists have always distinguished themselves for rudeness, incompetence and little availability.
Often they made a mistake in requesting medications despite a clearly written medical prescription or treatment plan.

Nice, tidy and clean pharmacy. Welcoming, well-mannered and proactive staff. They try to satisfy the needs of customers in an always polite and professional way. A heartfelt compliment to all the staff and especially to the one who I believe is the director.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una maleducazione mai vista: mi serviva in green pass cartaceo, mi hanno fatto tornare dopo circa 10 minuti, mi hanno fatto aspettare anche dopo il mio turno facendo passare davanti a me un'altra persona. Una (mora con occhiali) si rivolge all'altra (castana liscia): cosa deve fare?io non ne ho voglia.
L'altra sorridendo le risponde: neanche io.
Alché sono intervenuto io: se non avete voglia non è un problema, grazie e arrivederci!
E andando via ho esclamato: grandi maleducate!
A rudeness never seen before: I needed a paper green pass, they made me come back after about 10 minutes, they made me wait even after my turn by letting another person pass in front of me. One (brunette with glasses) turns to the other (smooth brunette): what should she do?
The other smiling replies: neither do I.
So I intervened: if you don't feel like it, it's not a problem, thanks and goodbye!
And going away I exclaimed: great rude!
