Tant'è che, nonostante ci siano altre farmacie nelle vicinanze, dopo averle sperimentate...le ho abbandonate. I farmacisti sono molto cortesi e competenti e l'assortimento di prodotti è vastissimo: assai raramente ho dovuto aspettare (poche ore) l'arrivo di un prodotto non presente a magazzino. La farmacia offre un'ampia gamma di servizi tra cui anche la consegna a domicilio, di cui non mi sono ancora servita ma che ho visto effettuare con affidabilità e precisione. Mi complimento con il personale tutto per come ha gestito il durissimo - per loro e per noi - periodo della prima ondata di Covid: mai meno che gentili, mai meno che disponibili. Last but not least....accolgono e amano gli animali, cosa per me non secondaria. Grazie, quindi, per il servizio offertoci! I have been a customer of the Castoldi Pharmacy since 2009 and have always been more than satisfied with it. So much so that, although there are other pharmacies nearby, after having tried them ... I abandoned them. The pharmacists are very courteous and competent and the assortment of products is vast: very rarely have I had to wait (a few hours) for the arrival of a product that is not in stock. The pharmacy offers a wide range of services including home delivery, which I have not yet used but which I have seen carried out with reliability and precision. I congratulate all the staff for how they managed the very hard - for them and for us - period of the first wave of Covid: never less than kind, never less than helpful. Last but not least .... they welcome and love animals, which is not secondary to me. So thank you for your service!

F	Fabrizio Siboni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono assolutamente d'accordo con chi segnala la scarsa cortesia e correttezza dei dipendenti/proprietari: dopo essere stato innumerevoli volte a comprare da loro negli ultimi anni mi ritrovo un prezzo differente semplicemente perché ho pagato con carta di credito (la dipendente invece sostiene a causa del sacchetto). Mai prima di oggi mi era capitata una maggiorazione per transazione elettronica o per un sacchetto, anche se non parliamo di cifre esagerate, ma di soli 3 centesimi. Chiedo quindi spiegazioni per una questione di principio e, anziché dispiacersi che un loro cliente abituale fosse quantomeno stranito, mi sono sentito dire dall'operatrice, spalleggiata dal proprietario, che mi devo VERGOGNARE a lamentarmi per 3 centesimi (sottolineo che se li sono tenuti e si sono pure tenuti il sacchetto) e che se non l'hanno mai fatto pagare in precedenza è solo a titolo di FAVORE e di cui dovrei essere loro grato. Ognuno si faccia l'idea che vuole sull'accoglienza di questa farmacia. I absolutely agree with those who report the lack of courtesy and fairness of the employees / owners: after having been countless times to buy from them in recent years I find myself a different price simply because I paid by credit card (the employee instead claims due of the bag). Never before today had I received a surcharge for electronic transaction or for a bag, even if we are not talking about exaggerated figures, but only 3 cents. I therefore ask for explanations as a matter of principle and, instead of being sorry that one of their regular customers was at least bewildered, I heard from the operator, supported by the owner, that I have to SHAME to complain for 3 cents (I emphasize that they have kept them and they also kept the bag) and that if they have never charged it before, it is only as a FAVOR and I should be grateful to them. Everyone gets the idea they want about the reception of this pharmacy.

Preso per ieri appuntamento per tampone antigenico, c'era solo un commesso che per procedere si è dovuto cambiare con guanti, cerata e casco, lasciando chi doveva comprare un'aspirina aspettare oltre 30 minuti. Consiglio: andateci solo se avete tempo da perdere Day after day, simply the slowest pharmacy in Milan. I took an appointment yesterday for an antigenic swab, there was only one salesman who had to change with gloves, wax and helmet to proceed, leaving those who had to buy an aspirin to wait over 30 minutes. Tip: only go there if you have time to waste
