S	Simona Spada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenzione prima di fare ordini!!! la farmacia Loreto Gallo non ha un servizio assistenza clienti non rispondono mai a mail, telefono... con l ultimo ordine non è arrivata tutta la merce da me pagata il 12 novembre e non mi sembra abbiano intenzione di fare il rimborso visto che non si riesce a contattarli. Aspetto un paio di giorni e procedo con la denuncia alla polizia postale. J	John Mucha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera, scrivo per quanto accaduto oggi 07/12/2022, mi sono recato nella farmacia situata a piazzale Loreto 7, a comprare un medicamento per mio nipote di 3 anni che soffre di gastrite, arrivato chiedo chiaramente alla farmacista il gusto, la quale confermo la disponibilità e mi fece pagare l'importo richiesto. arrivando a casa vedo che il gusto del medicamento era completamento un'altro, indignato torno in farmacia e chiedo alla farmacista di cambiare cortesemente il prodotto (pensando si trattasse di un sbaglio), la quale maleducatamente risposte che il prodotto che cercavo non esiste. Indignato ancor di più, prendo il cellulare e faccio una ricerca veloce e trovo il prodotto di cui avevo bisogno, glielo mostro e la loro risposta è stata "su internet trovi anche il viagra". Non sapendo che fare chiedo il rimborso dei soldi pagati, però il quale mi è stato negato chiudendomi pure la serranda in faccia. spero che la mia esperienza resa pubblica possa far cambiare la maleducazione dei gestori. L'interlocutore dopo aver io atteso a lungo, ha risposto piu' volte in modo maleducato non lasciandomi neppure il tempo di far presente un mio dubbio adducendo al fatto che li bisogna fare ordini ma non disturbare loro (perche' ha molto da fare e non ha tempo di rispondere) , ripeto non dandomi neppure il tempo e la parola per darmi modo del motivo della mia chiamata e MOLTO MALEDUCATAMENTE PER BEN 2 VOLTE HA CHIUSO LA STESSA, restando io di stucco: Peccato, mi dovro' ricredere sul servizio. Mi scuso di aver confuso Farmacia Loreto di Milano con La Farmacia Loreto Gallo che e' stata semplicemente fantastica. CONSIGLIATISSIMA

Avrebbe dovuto essere consegnato il 29 novembre, ma ad oggi la consegna non solo non è mai avvenuta ma neppure è stato fatto un tentativo di consegna. Dai tempi di consegna previsti di 24/72 ore siamo arrivati a più di 15 giorni e mi sembra eccessivo. Dal 30 novembre sto chiamando il numero dell'assistenza tutti i giorni e la risposta è sempre la stessa "contattiamo subito il corriere e vediamo di risolvere il problema e sollecitare la consegna" ma a questo punto mi sembra una presa in giro. Ho chiesto di rimandarmi il mio ordine con urgenza ma mi è stato detto che avrebbero riferito e fatto sapere ma nessuno mi ha mai telefonato o scritto. on 24 November I placed and paid for the order. Ho ordinato un flacone di rinopanteina gocce,5 confezioni di dermatess masteraid 10x10 da 100 pezzi per confezione e un flacone di lichtena crema corpo. Dopo due settimane mi inviano un e-mail dicendo che alcuni prodotti erano mancanti e che avrei ricevuto il rimborso. Ebbene dopo un altra settimana arriva il pacco contenente la crema corpo lichtena e quattro confezioni di dermatess masteraid, ma il rimborso dei prodotti mancanti non è mai arrivato. Pessimi.
