S	Sajjad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato alla Unicredit, sotto consiglio di mia madre, per aprire un conto. Il tempo necessario è stato di una settimana ma io solo dopo tre giorni ho cambiato banca. Il settimo giorno mia madre mi invita ad andare da loro; io diligentemente mi presento alla filiale e chiedo quanto tempo richiederà, la risposta è stata di un'ora perciò infuriato me ne sono andato. P.S. Il personale è maleducato arrogante e impreparato, inoltre al telefono non risponde mai nessuno. I went to Unicredit, under my mother's advice, to open an account. The time needed was one week but I changed bank only after three days. On the seventh day my mother invites me to go to them; I diligently go to the branch and ask how long it will take, the answer was an hour so I went furious. P.S. The staff is rude, arrogant and unprepared, plus nobody ever answers the phone.

Attualmente pago unicamente il mutuo e mi limito a questo; ogni mese (forse sono scema io) vado a pagare fisicamente il mutuo in questa banca sita in piazza loreto (non mi sono informata se posso pagarlo anche online, me ne dimentico sempre) e ho sempre trovato un signore allo sportello molto cordiale, sorridente e disponibile verso chiunque. Lo dico perché non è cosa da poco al giorno d’oggi, ovunque ti giri infatti, vedi persone scontrose e poco propense a darti chiarimenti. All’interno della banca ci saranno almeno 25 persone, tutte in giro, diversi senza mascherina e non c’è un controllo. C’è solo il caos dei muratori che stanno facendo i lavori e i passi dei vari dirigenti che ogni 20 minuti escono fuori a fare chiamate, chiaccherate o a prender caffè. Nonostante questo, il personale è efficentissimo e gentile, cercando di darsi da fare al massimo per risolvere i problemi e per fare fronte all'accumulo della richiesta rispetto alle possibilità. La direttrice Donatella De Falco è una persona gentilissima e sempre pronta a mettersi a disposizione del cliente, aiutata da persone capaci, competenti e gentilissime come i dott. Roncari e l'impareggiabile e insostituibile cassiere Anonio Spanedda, che sa sempre mettere un sorriso in ogni situazione. Le stelle vanno tutte al personale.
