When I go to their office to make a reservation everybody welcomed me with a smile on their faces..it’s a good start. After I made my reservation I’m happy with the result.. the service was excellent especially the one who drove for me during my entire trip. (Driver Max)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would definitely recommend Liberty Rentals. When our other rental provider declined our debit card for reserved car pickup, we came to Liberty ad hoc. Debit card was accepted, nice car rented and holiday trip saved. The staff was helfpful and very friendly, we could return the car even on Sunday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn’t pick up our rental car from another company, because we didn’t have a credit card for the deposit. Luckily liberty rentals did actually think along with its customers so we could rent a car with them and use another payment method for the deposit. Really liked the Twingo that they gave to us and they booked our deposit back within one day. The staff was also really friendly and even gave us a small discount when we explained our situationt to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever rent a car with this company, contact is poor waiting for my refund nearly two weeks now, car dirty inside, no screen wash even with full insurance had to Pay 300 euro deposit. Service at the desk is not acceptable and team dont really want to help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a floorless experience with Liberty Rentals after a frustrating mix up on our pre-booked car with another company. The staff at the main desk were very nice and helpful in our time of need and we managed to rent a little Lancia equivalent to a Fiat 500, it did the job and was great on fuel!! Arrived back today after our week in Florence, the handover was swift and without any issues. Would highly recommend and use myself if we ever come back to this part of the country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service at the desk as well as telephone service. Rude staff, not helping customers at all. It's been almost 3 weeks since I rented a car from them and still didn't get my deposit back (having full insurance).
Man at the desk didn't even bother to show us the place from where we can collect our car so we had to found the car ourselves.
Car was rented by my partnet on the 15th of October (fiat 500).
We were trying to contact you many times regarding deposit by email as well as calling you directly, so please check your email box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent ! We were stuck at the Pisa airport because an other company didn't want to give us the car we have booked because we only have a debit card (not a credit one). This man at Liberty Rentals helped us to find a car at the last minute, with a smile and also gave us some recommendations for our trip (that he litterally saved) ! A big thank you, again !
