Unfriedly and according to google it closes at 7, we arrived at 5.55 pm there was another customer and now they do not let us drop off the car. There is no space to park the car so we spend quite a while to find a parking spot and had to pay extra for parking the car.

Helpful staff that want to make you happy. Even though they didn’t have the car we reserved, they were quick to try to find a solution and sort it out. It’s on the corner of a busy intersection and that makes picking up and dropping off the car a bit difficult but patience is key.

Got not scammed so it’s worth the 5 stars, only thing is that i askes a fiat 500 and got a renault clio.

The most horrible unhelpful man I have ever come across in my life. Had to wait outside for half an hour and then be complained that I was making him late. Do not use this place. Not worth the stress.

The rental agent is rude and unprofessional. My group called in the morning to confirm pickup of a reserved car and by the time we got there he had rented it to someone else. He was in a hurry to leave and lock up and it was only noon! Avoid this place.

Besides the fact that the office closes at midday on Saturday morning, the real problem is that there are no reserved parking spaces for Europcar. This means that, in order to leave the car when the office is closed (for instance on a Saturday afternoon like in my case) you need to find a parking space along the river (which might get busy and you end up wasting time), PAY for the parking yourself until the office will open again (Monday morning) and of course they won't reimbursed you - even if you're paying for the parking when your contract is already over. When I pointed this out to the guy, he said that no one had ever complained before (untrue of course as I went to check the reviews only later, my mistake) and it is to make sure that you return the car at the right time and do not exceed your contract. This should be there problem in theory and not the customers'.

Europcar Pisa - the worest car rental ever. Dear customers!!! - If You want to avoid loosing money You should avoid Europcar Pisa. Whole situation took place in July 2020. I have lost 300Euro from my credit card because the crew from Pisa center office has charged me for scratches on rear bumper which where done before my contact with that office. I have been at the office on 09.07.2020 at 11.45. 12.00 is closing time. I have signed the papers (the Man from the office this "Silverhair" didn't match any scratches at the report), and the second Man (" dark blondhair" with tatoos )from office took his car( citroen C2) and showed me the way to the parking almost on the suburbs of the city ( about 5-10minuts). I have to mantion that I had Vespa and I was alone. I drove my Vespa after him. So I couldn't pick'up the car from the parking immiediatly. I got the key of Fiat 500X. number FX 692MT Grey. Man showed me which car and that was everything. I drove to the citycenter to return my Vespa to the rental company. It was about 12:20. Than I had to walk to that Europcar parking at least 45 minutes. I took the car to my apartment and I have took few photos of some scratches on the car. because there was a very big scratch on back. Unfortunately I have returned the car on sunday and I had to leave the key in the drop box. I couldn't meet anyone from the office but now I know that it doesn't matter. So. conclusion In opinion of that company ( The statement is): I have done the scratches on the bumper and backdoor of the car. After my photos the backdoor is ok. But still I have done scratches on the bumper. These scratches are also visible on my photos. sic... I wrote many emails and I have attached many photos but it didn't work. I lost my money. THIS COMPANY AND ESPECIALY THE CREW FROM PISA IS NOT FAIR. I WARN YOU. Unfortunately I will have to send this case to local police.

Be careful!! Scam!! I rented a car in september when I paid with my credit card and everything was fine. But today, after 4 months they took 50 euros from my card because they had it in the system!! Be careful!!!
