β β β β β Staff were very friendly and it meant that the rental process was a breeze. I had pre-booked but if I hadn't I am sure the lady there would have still been just as helpful.
The guys outside showing me to the vehicle also were great and it helped as they all spoke English where Italian isn't my native tongue. All in all a great experience and the car was great too!!

β β β β β Ok Car was ready when i arrived to location.
Fule was not full 20/45 they tried to sell insurance but my company has policy with enterprise that insurance is covered in that still they charge me for insurance in my final bill ma be they have to not sure. I was worried all time as i read all reviews and thought might get scammed so i returned my car earlier then scheduled. They did not provide me any receipt they said it will takes 2 3 hours to inspect vehicle. I did not received my final invoice till 2 days i had to call every day to ask for my final receipt and i was worried so much what if i left country how do i communicate after that. Overall it was mix experience not sure i will rent again from this place. Need to work on customer service.

β β β β β I've rented a Renault Clio through DiscoverCar with Locauto. I've got a new Lancia Ypsilon in Hybrid. Very nice, small and economic car.Which was great for driving in Tuscany. Staff was friendly and professional and explained everything in detail. Very pleasant and easy car renting experience. Blocked deposit was returned by my bank the same day. I recommend Locauto and I'm sure I"ll return to rent with them :)

β β β β β Donβt rent with Locauto, be aware!
We rented a car for a week without full cave rage, drove gently and carefully. The car was returned early morning before the Locauto office was opened, so we just parked a car at the indicated lot and dropped a key. Couple days after we got an notification that a wheel has a damage, apparently itβs dented and the whole wheel needs a replacement. The cost is 400 euro!!!
When we received a car, the company representative did not even mentioned the tires, besides it was early morning and heavy raining, so there is no way to see without flash light.
Long story short, we are still in the process of dispute, requesting them to provide the pictures of the tire state before our rent as we are sure we did not cause any damage.
Here is an advise, if you still decide to rent with them, take very detailed pictures of every single side of the car, wheels, interiors, before and after you deliver the car.
Obviously this company is just taking the opportunity to scam the foreigners renting a car without full coverage.

β β β β β Great location, 3 minutes walk from both arrivals and departures terminals.
Beautiful cars, very clean inside and outside, disinfected (Covid 19). I felt safe renting a car. I got snowchains for free (you never know with the snow ;) ).
Moreover Locauto offers different additional insurance packets.
Car itself in good technical condition, really new, no issues at all, proper tyres pressure, fluid levels etc. It was very new with low milage. Pleasure to drive.
Service crew top, quick service, all details explained, good level of English, no issues with communication.
Additional plus: I could use debit card instead of credit!

β β β β β My friends and I rented a car from this company, we ordered a Renault Clio and got a Lancia Ypsilon Hybrid EcoChic. 2021. It was very economical and in excellent condition. The staff were also friendly and quickly gave us a car. We made Smart Check and got our car fast. The only thing that brought a little delay was the registration form on their website, she did not want to upload photos and information. But with the support staff it worked. In the future I will use the services of this company.
