★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service. They just need to advertise and sign post the location of their office better (at Pisa Airport it's directly opposite the airport entrance rather than to the right, where the majority of the car hire offices are situated)

There was a general rule to return/drop off a car clean, however if this was mentioned during booking i would have not chosen the company.
The car was not clean while pickup. The office person, did not explain about the car (as done by regular car hire). The mixed reviews did compel me to use full insurance and so was the Italy road driving conditions and discipline . Since the price with full insurance was competitive, i would recommend this car hire only if you are using full insurance and can return car clean (or willing to pay)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time using this company and they have been brilliant. Good value for money, no queuing, friendly and helpful staff and the car was upgraded for free. The premises are directly outside the airport so there was no fuss collecting/dropping off the car. I’ll never use a different rental company again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good rental company, they speak English, are friendly and rented us a good car. We booked via Ryanair with extra insurance.
1 star less because of insurance promotion talk they gave us although we already had full insurance and on returning the office was closed at 11 AM. We called them and they told us to just drop the keys in their mailbox. Since we had some time before our flight we waited until someone was back in the office (half an hour later).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't use, they are charging us for tiny scratches on the alloy wheel that are clearly very old. We were parked on private land so we know we didn't cause them but unfortunately cant prove it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pickup & drop off was relatively straight forward, overall experience was ok until 6 weeks after when my card got charged from a different branch.
I attempted to contact Noleggiare several times to no avail and eventually my credit card company informed me that the charge was fraudulent and refunded the charge.
Best avoided...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience with this car rental company. They charge you 70€ for a nearly invisible scratch of the plastic wheel protection that you didn't report when accepting the car. Honestly even if we had saw it we would never have thought to report it. So if you choose this company make sure you report every tiny bit of dust before leaving... And then the service is also non existing, no one to assist when picking the car or no-one when you arrive...
