Abbiamo richiesto un transfer dal Pisa al aeroporto Malpensa di Milano specificando che abbiamo bisogno di una pullman da 50 posti; se tu giri il lavoro ad un altro vettore per guadagnare la differenza, è tutto lecito , ma si prega di fare con la professionalità!!! Cioè riportate le stesse condizioni richieste dal cliente, cioè un pullman da 50 posti!!!!! È il mattino del volo hai mai immaginato il panico che voi avete creato ad un gruppo di disabili con le sedie a rotelle con il grave rischio di non partire e perdere il volo trovando di fronte al se una pullman molto piu piccolo???
È dopo tutto ciò k è successo , non volete nemmeno ammette il vostro errore, ridicolo !

In other words, the same conditions required by the customer, ie a bus with 50 seats !!!!! Is the morning of the flight you have ever imagined the panic that you have created for a group of disabled people with wheelchairs with the serious risk of not starting and losing the flight finding a much smaller coach in front of them ???
It is after all that k happened, you don't even want to admit your mistake, ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I just got my first fine in Europe. I bought my bus ticket and agent check my ticket and I showed her. It is normal way I was in the other countries. But in Pisa i immediately fined $40 Euro. It is not nice.sine I am tourist and didn't know your rule, you should give us a warning first and I definitely will punch my ticket. Why immediately fine me and so expensive.
