★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un mese di ricerche esasperate, tra vari concessionari, avevo quasi perso le speranze di trovare un Passat Variant seminuovo BELLO, quando, dopo l'ennesimo tentativo di ricerca online mi imbatto nel sito dasweltauto.it.
Trovo finalmente il Passat che volevo da ESCHINI AUTO SRL, sede a Pisa, ma io, abitando a 500km di diatanza, avevo dei dubbi, delle domande.
Chiamo, e mi interfaccio con il Sig. Claudio Rigacci, da subito gentilissimo e disponibile nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda, ma soprattutto, pronto a comprendere le difficoltà di un ragazzo dettate dalla distanza. Sicché in meno di mezza giornata, mi ha preparato un video dell'auto dove chiariva perfettamente i miei dubbi.
Non credo che si possa chiedere di più ad un concessionario e, non credo che qualcun altro avesse effettivanente potuto fare di meglio.
Nel formalizzare il contratto, e nella vendita, sono stato consigliato e seguito come fa un buon padre di famiglia, attento alle esigenze e ad ogni eventualità, visto l'impegno delle vettura.
Ultima nota anch'essa positiva, all'atto della consegna dell'auto ho atteso 10 minuti in piu, perché accortosi di un piccolo guasto alla bocchetta dell'aria, lo ha fatto sostituire immeritatamente consegnandomi cosi, il Passat BELLO dei miei sogni. Complimenti vivissimi.

 After a month of exasperated searches, among various dealers, I had almost lost all hope of finding an almost new BEAUTIFUL Passat Variant when, after yet another attempt to search online, I came across the dasweltauto.it site.
I finally find the Passat I wanted from ESCHINI AUTO SRL, based in Pisa, but I, living 500km away, had doubts, questions.
I call, and I interact with Mr. Claudio Rigacci, immediately very kind and available in answering all my questions, but above all, ready to understand the difficulties of a boy dictated by distance. So in less than half a day, he prepared me a video of the car where he perfectly clarified my doubts.
I don't think you can ask for more from a dealer and, I don't think anyone else could have actually done better.
In formalizing the contract, and in the sale, I was advised and followed as a good family man does, attentive to the needs and to every eventuality, given the commitment of the car.
Last note also positive, at the time of delivery of the car I waited 10 more minutes, because realizing a small fault in the air vent, he undeservedly replaced it, thus giving me the Passat BELLO of my dreams. Heartfelt congratulations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da dimenticare, settembre 2021 precontratto per acquisto di un veicolo elettrico Id.3 con prenotazione di incentivi statali, mi viene proposto un pre-order in costruzione ottobre 2021….. da novembre siamo passati a dicembre, poi gennaio , poi febbraio, a Marzo si è perso le tracce e nessuna data certa….. ho dovuto rescindere e perdere l’ incentivo prenotato con conseguente danno , capisco il periodo ed esonero il venditore F.R. che si è sempre mostrato gentile, ma non scuso il titolare o la dirigenza che quando fatto notare che a fronte del disagio non per mia colpa, pur avendo 4/5 modelli simili in stock pronta consegna e già vecchie obsolete e ferme da un anno non hanno saputo cogliere l’ occasione di mediare con un cliente insoddisfatto proponendo prezzi fuori mercato di vecchi allestimenti, auto che molto probabilmente si dovranno autofatturare e poi svendere da qui a chissà quando… e tutto per 1000-1500€ di differenza su listini da 49-50k di auto…. Non si trattano così clienti che volevano riporre fiducia per la prima volta in VW .

I had to terminate and lose the incentive booked with consequent damage, I understand the period and I exempt the seller F.R. who has always been polite, but I do not apologize to the owner or the management that when I pointed out that in the face of the inconvenience it was not my fault, despite having 4/5 similar models in stock ready for delivery and already old obsolete and inactive for a year have been able to seize the opportunity to mediate with a dissatisfied customer by offering off-market prices for old fittings, cars that most likely will have to be self-billed and then sell off from here to who knows when ... and all for € 1000-1500 of difference on price lists of 49- 50k by car…. This is not the way you treat customers who wanted to put their trust in VW for the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza con la concessionaria eschini di fornacette è stata pessima. L'auto mi doveva essere consegnata i primi giorni di gennaio 2022, sono stato contattato pochi giorni dopo per avvertirmi che mi sarebbe stata consegnata a marzo 2022. A febbraio 2022 mi sono interessato ma ho avuto risposta che mi avrebbero contattato loro, i primi di Marzo 2022 li ho nuovamente contattati per avere notizie in merito ma mi hanno detto nuovamente che non sapevano quando me l'avrebbero. Ho avanzato una proposta che hanno rifiutato perdendo così un cliente.
My experience with the Eschini di Fornacette dealership was very bad. The car had to be delivered to me in the first days of January 2022, I was contacted a few days later to warn me that it would be delivered to me in March 2022. In February 2022 I got interested but I received an answer that they would contact me, the first of March 2022 I contacted them again to get news about it but they told me again that they didn't know when they would have it for me. I made a proposal that they rejected, thus losing a client.
