★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Migliori tecnici a Pisa, autorizzati per manutenzione su caldaie Beretta. Mi hanno aiutato a sbloccare la caldaia andata in blocco suggerendomi a telefono le semplici operazioni da fare. Un altro tecnico avrebbe voluto vedere la caldaia e per 10 minuti si sarebbe fatto pagare. Disponibiltà e onestà top. Li richiamerò sicuramente per la manutenzione ordinaria.
Best technicians in Pisa, authorized for maintenance on Beretta boilers. They helped me to unblock the boiler that went into lockout, suggesting the simple operations to do over the phone. Another technician would have liked to see the boiler and would have been charged for 10 minutes. Top availability and honesty. I will definitely call them back for routine maintenance.

Continuo ad apprezzare serietà, cortesia, grande professionalità, empatia ed orientamento al cliente. L'impressione è che per questa Ditta la soddisfazione del cliente sia il primo obiettivo. Questo ho riscontrato ( ancora stamani) in tutti i tecnici della Ditta che si sono succeduti fino ad oggi a casa mia.
I am writing this review after having used the services of the EcoClima Company for ten years.
I continue to appreciate seriousness, courtesy, great professionalism, empathy and customer orientation. The impression is that for this company customer satisfaction is the first goal. This I have found (still this morning) in all the technicians of the Company who have followed one another up to now in my home.
