Siccome si sono permessi di rispondere a questa mia recensione insinuando che sono stata IO a sbagliare a scrivere il promemoria dell'appuntamento vorrei aggiungere solo una cosa: assumete una persona che vi sappia gestire gli appuntamenti e vergognatevi di avermi dato la colpa!
An appointment is made to me which not only have not shown up, but they have not even answered my call. Very disappointed

Since they took the liberty of responding to my review by insinuating that I was the one who wrote the appointment reminder wrong, I would like to add just one thing: hire someone who knows how to manage your appointments and be ashamed of blaming me!

Absolutely unreliable. Inspection on 29 October, we are in mid-December and despite various reminders I have not even received the quote. I will also report to Viessmann.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente azienda poco seria, li ho contattati (visto tutti i cartelli pubblicitari sparsi per la città con sconti eccezionali) per effettuare tutti i lavori di ristrutturazione della mia abitazione.
Ho telefonato molte volte e tutte le volte ho lasciato i dati richiesti ma nessuno mi ha mai ricontattato.
Sono quindi andato presso la loro sede dove una gentilissima segreteria mi ha rassicurato che mi avrebbero richiamato sicuramente in giornata o al massimo il giorno seguente, ma niente.
Li ho richiamati chiedendo spiegazioni mi hanno detto che non sono interessati a prendere nuovi lavori per i prossimi mesi.
Ho letto solo ora che non sono il solo che non ha ricevuto attenzioni, capisco anche che per l'edilizia in generale è un periodo molto fortunato (speriamo che ......), bastava fin da subito sapere che erano pieni di lavoro e non interessava il mio ,non avrei perso tempo inutilmente.
Surely not a serious company, I contacted them (seen all the advertising signs scattered around the city with exceptional discounts) to carry out all the renovations of my home.
I have called many times and every time I have left the requested data but no one has ever contacted me again.
I then went to their office where a very kind secretary reassured me that they would definitely call me back in the day or at most the following day, but nothing.
I called them back asking for explanations and they told me they are not interested in taking new jobs for the next few months.
I have only read now that I am not the only one who has not received attention, I also understand that for construction in general it is a very lucky period (let's hope that ......), it was enough to know immediately that they were full of work and mine didn't care, I wouldn't waste time unnecessarily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cartelli pubblicitari ovunque, sempre presenti a ogni fiera, poi gli mandi un' e mail per chiedere info e preventivo e nessuno si degna di rispondere....mah..se questo è una ricerca di nuova clientela...la cosa mi lascia molto perplesso ...
