Nel momento che ho avuto bisogno mi hanno fatto parlare al telefono prima con uno poi con un altro un altro ancora, al fine di scoraggiarmi,a non chiedere che partecipassero alla spesa che dovevo sostenere. PREMETTO che il guasto in questione non era coperto dalla garanzia ,ma visto che sono passati sei mesi, dell'acquisto della mia autovettura USATA, avrei voluto un trattamento più professionale,visto che al momento dell'acquisto sembrava essere un ambiente familiare. Sconsiglio Vivamente. Negative experience, like the crafty dealers, they have misled me with salamelecchi, and jokes. When I needed they made me talk on the phone first with one then with another, in order to discourage me, not to ask them to participate in the expense that I had to support. I PROMISE that the breakdown in question was not covered by the warranty, but since six months have passed since the purchase of my USED car, I would have liked a more professional treatment, since at the time of purchase it seemed to be a familiar environment. I strongly advise against.

Mio malgrado oggi non riesco più ad orizzontarmi nel panorama della auto moderne, soprattutto a causa delle nuove motorizzazioni e tipologie di sistemi in uso (faccio l'agente di commercio con circa 40.000 km/anno su strade urbane ed extraurbane, senza diesel immaginavo un futuro "nero opaco")... Dietro indicazione di un esperto, ero curioso di vedere HONDA e in particolare la nuova JAZZ, spinto dalle descrizioni di estrema qualità, assemblaggio in Giappone, rapporto qualità/prezzo e soprattutto GARANZIA DI 8 ANNI per questa piccola monovolume compatta; sono stato in concessionaria a Pisa di pomeriggio e senza appuntamento: sono stato accolto dal Sig. Valerio (uno dei titolari) il quale, con la massima disponibilità, cortesia e soprattutto COMPETENZA mi ha mostrato la JAZZ, le sue caratteristiche di base e tutto quello che ad occhio non si vede della grande tecnologia messa a punto da Honda per questa auto... ovviamente con Test Drive su strada per apprezzare a pieno la funzionalità di quella che credo potrà essere la mia prossima auto!
