Giacomo è una persona competente e ti fa sentire come a casa tua togliendo ogni dubbio al cliente.
Anche durante la prova della macchina ha sempre invogliato a guidare l'auto per tutto il tempo che avessi voluto e quando mi era rimasta l'ultima perplessità riguardo a mia figlia, che non era presente, mi ha fatto ritornare con lei per una ulteriore prova

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ..... siamo partiti da Prato dopo contatto da parte loro, apposta x provare una RS che avevano, appuntamento a Livorno, ma l'auto è a Pisa, dopo mezz' ora di attesa senza spiegazioni abbiamo l'idea di dire che andremo noi a Pisa, in 20 min di strada trafficata, a saperlo prima.....Poi la chicca che l'auto è nuova in salone e nn è possibile provarla, personalmente sono d'accordo, ma molto scorretto nn dirlo al contatto telefonico. In tutta qst armata Brancaleone almeno il consulente era cortese e preparato, tre stelle solo per quello, altrimenti.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO! sono entrata dentro la concessonaria, nella parte dove vendono auto usate. Un signore con i capelli bianchi e la polo bordeaux, il quale avrebbe dovuto darci informazioni ha pensato bene di continuare la sua conversione al telefono nonostante mi avesse visto entrare.
