★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina mi reco in concessionaria per avere informazioni e un preventivo per una KIA EV6, listino poco oltre 50000 euro. Vengo accolto gentilmente da un venditore che mi accompagna da un altro venditore il quale mi dice che l'esperto di quel modello è un terzo venditore in quel momento occupato. Rimango in piedi 30 minuti ad attendere, nessun altro cliente in concessionaria, faccio presente di avere altri impegni e di non poter attendere ancora a lungo. Dopo 35 minuti di attesa, 2 venditori liberi + altre persone della concessionaria in giro, esco senza aver avuto nessuna informazione, né un depliant in visione né un bicchiere d'acqua offerto. Doversi affidare ad un unico venditore per un modello specifico seppur nuovo ma già da tempo ben pubblicizzato trovo che sia una gran limitazione ed un errore strategico non giustificabile.
This morning I go to the dealership to get information and a quote for a KIA EV6, price list just over 50,000 euros. I am greeted kindly by a salesman who accompanies me to another salesman who tells me that the expert of that model is a third salesman who is busy at that time. I stand for 30 minutes waiting, no other customers in the dealership, I point out that I have other commitments and that I cannot wait much longer. After 35 minutes of waiting, 2 free salesmen + other people from the dealership around, I go out without having had any information, neither a brochure to view nor a glass of water offered. Having to rely on a single seller for a specific model, albeit new but already well publicized for some time, I find it a great limitation and an unjustifiable strategic error.

The only second-hand dealer to deal with small-displacement cars with a wide choice. I found a practically new 2017 lancia ypsilon at a good price. I feel satisfied with my purchase.

As soon as we entered we were greeted by a very kind young salesman, who listened carefully and immediately understood our needs. Unfortunately we did not find what we were looking for, but the experience was undoubtedly positive and if it were to happen we would gladly return.
