★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo vari preventivi fatti in varie concessionarie tra Liguria e Toscana, mi sono trovata molto bene con la concessionaria blubay di Pisa, partendo dal consulente Stefano dov'è facendo il preventivo si è rilevato un vero professionista.
Nel mese di gennaio 2022 a distanza di quasi un mese dall'acquisto sono stata contattata dall'officina Blue Bay per il primo controllo del tagliando, dov'è il personale dell'officina è stato molto gentile e professionale nel spiegarmi i lavori fatti e rendendosi disponibile per qualsiasi necessità, con grande gentilezza che non guasta mai.
After various estimates made in various dealerships between Liguria and Tuscany, I found myself very well with the blubay dealership in Pisa, starting with the consultant Stefano where he is making the estimate he found himself a true professional.
In January 2022, almost a month after the purchase, I was contacted by the Blue Bay workshop for the first inspection of the coupon, where the workshop staff was very kind and professional in explaining the work done and making available for any need, with great kindness that never hurts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver fissato appuntamento, successivamente venivo contattato sia per mail sia telefonicamente riferendomi più volte di essere puntuale e di confermare appuntamento per visionare un' auto confermando tra l altro anche una prova veicolo(ultimo contatto il giorno prima). Arrivo in concessionario e.... l auto in questione mi dicono che non era lì. Assurdo!! Non mi era mai capitato prima nulla del genere...
After making an appointment, I was then contacted both by email and by telephone, referring several times to be on time and to confirm an appointment to view a car, also confirming a vehicle test (last contact the day before). I arrive at the dealership and ... the car in question tells me it wasn't there. Absurd!! Nothing like this had ever happened to me before ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato il mese scorso una Ford focus SW. Al momento ho avuto un' esperienza ottima con la vettura! Anche con lo staff di blubay di Pisa ho avuto una bella esperienza in quanto sono sempre stati disponibili. Infatti, a causa dei forti ritardi sulla nuova vettura, l officina sì è presa in carico di riparare la mia vecchia auto che avrei lasciato in permuta al momento della consegna del nuovo. Faccio complimenti a tutto lo staff, sia della rete vendita,sia dell'officina.un saluto e a presto!!!
I bought a Ford focus SW last month. At the moment I had a very good experience with the car! Also with the staff of blubay in Pisa I had a good experience as they have always been available. In fact, due to severe delays on the new car, the workshop took charge of repairing my old car which I would have left in exchange when the new one was delivered. Ho diversi furgoni ford e devono essere sempre efficienti per permettere a me e ai miei collaboratori di poter lavorare, quindi velocità di soluzione è la parola d'ordine, che i meccanici hanno messo al primo posto! Ogni volta che mi reco lì trovo persone cordiali, disponibili e competenti. Altamente consigliata!!!
I have had a working relationship with the workshop for several years and I can only leave a more than positive comment. I have several Ford vans and they must always be efficient to allow me and my collaborators to work, so speed of solution is the watchword, which the mechanics have put first! Every time I go there, I find people who are friendly, helpful and competent. Highly recommended !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seppur con tutti i problemi delle consegne d’auto, dati dal periodo, una sicura soluzione c’è!!! Manuela responsabile del customer care. Non vi potrà far apparire l’auto, ma sicuramente vi assisterà fino a che non sarete del tutto soddisfatti.
Peccato non mi sia arrivata la mail da parte del customerviewpoint per rilasciare questa recensione, ma spero arrivi ai piani alti.
Magari un giorno vi potrà anche far apparire l’auto non si sa mai.
Da un cliente soddisfatto.
