Mi hanno supportato nella scelta del prodotto giusto e anche in tutte le altre fasi; sono molto presenti anche nel post vendita rispondendo a domande e dubbi sul prodotto. Inoltre hanno dei prezzi molto competitivi e anche questo non guasta! I contacted Ceteco to help my grandmother who had difficulty setting up the stairs at home. They supported me in choosing the right product and also in all the other phases; they are also very present in the after-sales service, answering questions and doubts about the product. They also have very competitive prices and even that doesn't hurt!

Ho fatto presente che l'impianto per cui chiedevo assistenza non era usato in quanto mia madre al quale era costretta è deceduta circa 10 anni fa ed ora serviva a me in quanto disabile ed avevo bisogno di un tecnico per riattivarlo. Niente da fare. Pessimi! They didn't want to give me the name of one of their technicians. We only work with maintenance contracts was their answer. I pointed out that the system for which I was asking for assistance was not used as my mother to whom she was forced died about 10 years ago and now it was needed by me as a disabled person and I needed a technician to reactivate it. No way. Bad!
