★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per qualche inspiegabile politica aziendale non accettano cambio/reso di due paia di mutande acquistate per errore in taglia sbagliata. Si denota la mancanza di competenza del commesso che di fronte alla mia incertezza sulla taglia (ovviamente non te le fanno cambiare… figuriamoci se te le fanno provare) non mi ha minimamente avvertito della cosa. O quantomeno avrebbero potuto segnalare la cosa per scritto presso l’espositore delle mutande. Quando scegliete i commessi sceglieteli competenti.
For some inexplicable company policy they do not accept exchange / return of two pairs of underpants purchased by mistake in the wrong size. It denotes the lack of competence of the clerk who in the face of my uncertainty about the size (obviously they do not make you change them ... let alone if they make you try them) did not in the least warn me of the thing. Or at least they could have reported it in writing to the exhibitor of the underwear. When you choose salespersons, choose them competent.
