★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio mal organizzato, personale sgarbato. Poco rispettosi verso i clienti sembra che gli facciamo un piacere ad andare a comprare nel negozio. Volevo comprare una tuta, pur di vendermela me la stavano per dare anche della taglia sbagliata, menomale me ne sono accorta!
La Menager pensa di essere al mercato del pesce dal modo in cui urla, nessuna empatia e nessun interesse nel soddisfare l’esigenza del cliente! Non ci metterò più piede, preferisco dare i miei soldi a commessi a cui interessa soddisfare le mie esigenze! Consiglio vivamente di andare a fare acquisti altrove, dove magari hanno più rispetto per la clientela.
Badly organized shop, rude staff. Disrespectful towards customers it seems that we do them a pleasure to go and buy in the store. I wanted to buy a suit, just to sell it to me they were also going to give it to me in the wrong size, luckily I noticed!
Menager thinks she is at the fish market by the way she screams, no empathy and no interest in satisfying the customer's need! I won't set foot there again, I prefer to give my money to salespeople who are interested in satisfying my needs! I highly recommend going shopping elsewhere, where they may have more respect for customers.

Pur di vendermi un paio di calzini, hanno affermato di avere la mia misura in magazzino, dopo un attesa di dieci minuti, mi hanno presentato un articolo senza cartellino, dichiarando che erano della mia taglia. Arrivata a casa, li ho misurati ed erano due taglie più grandi! Se invece di tre paia di calzini, si fosse trattato di un capo più importante, sarei tornata e mi sarei fatta sentire! Magari hanno guadagnato dieci euro, ma hanno perso un cliente!
Little respect for the customer! In order to sell me a pair of socks, they claimed to have my size in stock, after a ten minute wait, they presented me with an item without a tag, stating that they were my size. When I got home, I measured them and they were two sizes bigger! If instead of three pairs of socks, it had been a more important item, I would have come back and I would have been heard! Maybe they made ten euros, but they lost a customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno cambiato completamente staff a quanto pare in peggio, prendendo venditori poco onesti che ti vendono taglie sbagliate pur di fartele andare bene ingannandoti, dai calzini alle scarpe. A quanto pare la Menager pensa di essere al mercato dal modo in cui urla, forse pensa di essere a casa sua e non in un negozio in un centro commerciale. Consiglio vivamente di andare altrove, dove magari hanno rispetto per la clientela.
They've completely changed staff apparently for the worse, taking unethical vendors who sell you the wrong sizes just to make them fit you by deceiving you, from socks to shoes. Apparently Menager thinks she is in the market by the way she screams, maybe she thinks she is in her house and not in a shop in a shopping center. I highly recommend going elsewhere, where maybe they have respect for the clientele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata ieri a cambiare un regalo, il ragazzo che mi ha servito è stato estremamente gentile e d’aiuto nella scelta del nuovo articolo.
La ragazza alla cassa che ha effettuato il cambio sbuffava continuamente, sembrava le pesasse dover fare il cambio nonostante il negozio fosse vuoto. Una brutta scena… diecimila volte meglio il ragazzo, se non fosse stato per lui me ne sarei andata….
I went yesterday to change a gift, the guy who served me was extremely kind and helpful in choosing the new item.
The girl at the cash desk who made the change was constantly snorting, it seemed to her that she had to make the change even though the shop was empty. A bad scene… ten thousand times better boy, if it wasn't for him I would have gone….

Telefoni per avere un'informazione su un articolo e quando ti rispondono senti dire "ah non devo rispondere?" e buttano giù! Alla chiamata successiva dopo i primi 5 squilli hanno riattaccato! Per fortuna ci sono molte marche sportive... Mai più adidas, per me potete anche chiudere!
One star and it's too much!
You call to get information on an article and when they answer you hear "ah, I don't have to answer?" and throw down! On the next call after the first 5 rings they hung up! Luckily there are many sports brands ... No more adidas, for me you can also close!
